Waited approx 1.5 hrs for the main course, we ordered steak, when it arrived it was cold, manageress was not interested and seemed to disappear every time we wanted to discuss this with her, a lot of inexperienced staff who needed constant reminding about orders etc , given the service it was waaaay over priced , it was a shame as there new neco looks great but the service and food doesn’t match

Our server Laura, was fab, she was on the ball, kept checking in with us, had a laugh with us. Couldn't ask for a better server. Thank you
