The food was damaged all out of the bags and cold couldn’t eat it

We tried the fish n chips, burgers, wings, and kebabs as a group of 12. Everyone said their food was delicious. We recommend.

Terrible service! We waited half an hour for the menu, another almost an hour for the meal and at the end it turned out that there was no coffee because the machine was broken!!!

Dreadful experience at the Stratford branch. Service lacklustre, burger dreadful - tiny and burnt and tasteless. Will never bother with GBK again - McDonalds is a better bet!

Less than average food, not very nice overall.

Ordered a delivery and was very unimpressed with what arrived. Bland, flavourless, mushy - will never use again. Doesn't give me any incentive to visit the restaurant. Their menu boasts 'our food speaks for itself'... Well It would be a very boring conversation.
