Worst service I have ever received in any restaurant. Firstly two waitresses were very rude. Indian waitress put my bowl of coconut coleslaw on my plate my pushing my food with that bowl. The attitude we received made us feel unwelcome. Never asked about allergies either. Food was tasteless, we had to send some of the food back. We know we were in a big group so we made it easier of looking at the menu before we arrive and write it down for the waiter. He was really nice. The only one that was nice.

Probably the most disappointing dining experience I have ever had. Food is overpriced and more than underwhelming… everything was tasteless… 25£ for a moqueca which is meant to be “creamy” which came to be a watery soup with no hint of coconut milk… The basque cheesecake seemed bought from the supermarket… bland! Only good point was the black lady with the long hair that served us with a smile. Would not recommend, disgraceful.

I had a good time here. It was my first time eating at Cabana. I had steak with sweet potato fries & corn ribs. The steak was cooked brilliantly. The sauces that came with the steak were great too. My friend had the chicken burger with sweet potato fries. We also had the dough balls which had an interesting texture- it was definitely dough aha and guacamole with tortilla chips. The guacamole required more salt and there was half an unmasked avocado inside but it was okay.

Touring London and feeling homesick, we decided to try the restaurant and upon entering we were treated like rubbish. The receptionist/waitress was offended that we asked if she spoke Portuguese and after that she made faces and refused to tell us her name. We were already seated and after the rudeness that never ended, we got up and left. We left without eating. A restaurant that on its website says it has a Latin American spirit and is inspired by Rio de Janeiro and with the name "Amazônico" promises a lot and delivers nothing. This is not our (Brazilian) spirit by any stretch of the imagination. I tried to talk to the Store Manager and he was even ruder and wouldn't let me talk on the phone. He told me that it wasn't a Brazilian restaurant even though it had a menu on the door written in Portuguese. After that phone call I understood a lot of what happened to my husband last Saturday. Place I won't go back to nor recommend. No wonder we were the first and only customers on Saturday at half past noon. A restaurant where customers are not welcome really drives people away.

Excellent service, food and atmosphere at Cabana. We were so well looked after by Ale today, who promptly welcomed us and suggested the churrasco lunch which was delicious. Great choice of cocktails and drinks and we were lucky to have found the two for one offer. We will definitely go back and taste more of the inviting menu choices.

Was okay. We got 50% clicking view the Fork link. It wasnt taken off the bill first off all, and had to ask the server to check the bill. We had confirmed the offer at time of ordering. The food was nice, we just felt there wasnt enough. It was a 3/4 size portion. The starters that were for sharing -Grilled Blackened Prawn Tostada, was just about enough for 1, let alone be a sharing platter. my mains Flat Iron Butterflied Chicken Breast for £19 was nice enough, no complaints on the food, but just wasnt filling enough Had a cocktail each, they were around £13 each. Mine Hurricane in the Amazon was pretty good, but not that potent. It was better than the Coconut Margarita With service charge, the bill was a little over £55. Expensive really for what it was.

I visited Cabana at the O2 on Monday, and absolutely loved it- I've been here only once before and to my surprise, the hostess Frederica remembered me, which was very sweet of her. As myself and my sister were led inside to be seated, to our surprise Frederica gave us drinks on the house for being returning customers- I was touched by her kindness. Between us, we ordered the Corn Ribs, Crispy Halloumi, Buttermilk Churrasco Fried Chicken and our choice of drinks were: Tropical Spritz and Island Life. For dessert, we had Basque ‘Burnt’ Cheesecake and the Chocolate Chilli Sorbet- everything was delicious and hit the spot. Despite the restaurant being very busy, I never once felt forgotten about or overlooked as staff were super attentive to our needs and requests- even taking time out to tell us what is halal and what is not, which we are very grateful for. Thank you to Frederica, Alex and the team at Cabana at the O2 for your kindness and hospitality- it was greatly appreciated, you've made Cabana (O2) my favourite spot next time I'm out for a gig- this place is impeccable- great staff, great food and fantastic vibes!

Booked a table for drinks and dinner before a gig at The O2. When drinks arrived, they were just left at our table without an explanation which one is which, we had to work it out. Then we were sat for 30mins without anyone bothering to take our food order. Staff were just sat there chatting to each other, so it's not like it was crazy busy. Can't believe we had to pay service charge for 0 service really! If you are looking for a place to eat before a concert at the O2, definitely go elsewhere.

With very disappointment Im writing this review that dont try their food their kitchen is very unhygienic and I got a chewing gum in my tea. I complained at that time but no one took it serious and apologised which wasn’t enough. How can someone be this careless and disrespectful to put a chewing gum in a tea. Ive got some images of that so please don't ever go there. Im also about to report them to the food authorities.

Stood by the entrance for over 15 minutes before any of the staff members acknowledged us. After walking past & ignoring us several times, a brunette girl approached and without greeting or welcoming us, she muttered the words ‘food or drinks’. From that moment, we had immediately lost interest in eating at the restaurant however didn’t want the time spent waiting for a table to be wasted. Once taken to our table, we overheard conversations on the table next to us between a party & a waiter explaining that they had ran out of a requested dish, when a member of the party next to us had tried to ask what alternatives they could go for, the waiter had an awful attitude & was completely uninterested in helping. We decided to leave after the fact & would definitely not consider this establishment again.

Naturally this place feeds the masses when shows are on. Situated as one of the first restaurants you see tends to grab unsuspecting concert goers first. But beware, sub standard food and drinks is thrown out! I had a terrible chicken Caesar salad and two coconut margaritas and it cost me £50 with service!! My fault, I should have known better and will AVOID on my next visit, I suggest you do too.

At Girls aloud concert, went to Cabanas pre show, food was ok and ok service. After we left I returned shortly after to use the toilet, after all it was their food and drinks that we had paid over £160 for the last 2 hours. Amazing was refused entry by the sullen lady on the door, she insisted I used cineworld facilities down the block. Just spent a good few quid with you and then this poor service, We won't be back.

living locally to the restaurant my partner and I always wanted to go here. the decor is pretty much spot on the service from the waiteress was excellent. unfortunately the quality and flavour of the food was way off. the sharing starter was the deep fried chicken which was way too salty and lacked any real flavour other than salt. for mains we had the salmon with rice and chicken and chips, unfortunately neither of us enjoyed the food, again each lacked any taste. Even though we were able to get a 50 per cent discount on the food, we still won't be going back which is a bit upsetting as the restaurant is in a really good location for us.

My friends and I were super excited to try this restaurant before attending the Karol G concert, and we were warmly greeted by the host who was very sweet and the only person who acknowledged our presence. Once we were seated we were at our table waiting for 30 minutes and not one single person checked in with us to start our order or anything. We witnessed all the staff tend to other tables but not one person came to ask us anything or take our order. We were beyond disappointed and felt like we were not wanted in this establishment. Will not recommend to my friends/loved ones.

I went in with a group of 4 two hours before a show and we got seated right away by a lovely host. She told us about the menu and was just so friendly. After she left, we looked over the menu and thought about what drinks and food we were gonna have. We figured it was gonna get busy because of the show so we wanted to get everything in all at once. After 10 mins, no one came to our table or even gave us water. We thought maybe it’s just busy, so we waited more. Two tables who got sat after us, one table of 2 and another of 5, got water, their drinks and were putting in food options. It’s now been 20 mins and I asked someone could we be serviced or at least have someone check on us, to which he replied “I’m not your server.” That’s great. So we waited a few more minutes and just left. The menu looked great and the atmosphere looked fun. But service? Definitely not. Only the host was to us.

An unexpectedly awful experience! Welcome at the door was great! Then sent us upstairs to be greeted by a less than enthusiastic hostess. A few of the servers were cheery but others were….well not! Now to the food….oh dear. What an utter let down. They got the order wrong (and I saw this happen to a few others too) My food was tasteless and the chips were overcooked and dry. Very small portions and the presentation was underwhelming. They charge 12.5% service charge on top of your bill. If you try to pay using the QR code they charge a ‘check out fee’ on top of the 12.5%! It was a really unpleasant experience and I won’t be returning here again. But maybe you will have a better experience? 🤞

We went there last week and ordered a salad and steak. The meal was very delicious. As I'm from customer service business, I was watching the slim girl running and managing all the clients in the restaurant. She was giving attention to anyone, and would approach each table on time. I told my husband, she is very smart, fast and passionate. Owner should do everything possible to keep her. We eat good meal often, however customer service makes a difference. After we paid, I .asked her if I can speak to a manager about her service, she said she was manager and she is Italian (all.i remember). Very well done 👏

Rude waitress that didn't had a friendly approach, and insulting manager. Food had a terrible presentation and the steaks tasted of burn. Wine bottle not allowed to be consumed after 9pm so that staff didn't have to wait to go home acording to the manager. When we brought to the manager attention that the steak tasted terrible of burn he replied that we were complaining because he didn't allow us to buy a bottle of wine. What a terrible customer service and experience. He even suggested that we could still eat the steak for free. No way, we would be more than happy to pay for it if it was edible. The nachos were so hard that we couldn't eat them. Ships also burn. We were very disappointed as we Portuguese love our food and we understand about food and wine. In a country with chefs like Gordon Ramsey and so on thease people still haven't learned anything about customer service and good food. I wish I could attach the pictures.

Disappointed. Pre booked table and asked for gluten free menu. Arrived - No such menu and standard menu doesn't state GF - it does for vegan or vegetarian though. Server asked what we would like before telling us what "should be" OK and then hovered for the order whilst we viewed the menu. Not a huge amount of options even for non Gluten Free. Cocktails were OK but weak on alcohol and heavy on ice - therefore overpriced. Soft drink ordered never arrived. Food was very average, although arrived quickly, the large salad was mostly tinned sweetcorn and lettuce. Paid extra for chicken - about half a chicken breast. Overpriced food, even taking into account its location of the O2. Dessert menu requested never arrived. Sat on a VERY small table for 2, so close to other tables that it was necessary to "protect" drinks/bottles when people walked by. Uncomfortably hot and claustrophobic. Optional tip added but not possible to pay via QR code of you wish to change the amount. Since neither the service nor the food were good, we asked for it to be removed so that we could tip a lesser amount as we felt appropriate. The attitude/look of disgust on the servers face (not a server that had dealt with us until we requested the bill) said it all so we left no tip at all on the bill which was £100.00 for 2 people. Would not return.

Drinks were lovely. Food was OK (one dish had to be sent back as the warm plate partially heated the raw salmon sushi. Main issue was the man on the door who was rude and unhelpful! Thankfully, a female member of staff took over from him and she was lovely, but he left a bad taste in our mouths with his arrogant and dismissive demeanor.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cabana, and the experience was truly exceptional, largely thanks to Ester. The burgers here are a must-try—cooked to perfection, incredibly juicy, and packed with flavor. The bun was fresh and soft, perfectly complementing the high-quality beef. What truly set my experience apart was the excellent service provided by Ester. She was exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our meal was perfect. Her recommendations were spot on, and her friendly demeanor made our dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Cabana to anyone in search of delicious burgers coupled with outstanding service. Ester’s efforts to go above and beyond are exactly why I'll be returning soon. A well-deserved five stars!

Really great welcome by staff. We booked ahead but appreciated the personal touch and warm welcome. Lovely vibes and atmosphere. Seated upstairs the service was spot on and food arrived quite quickly. Great food. We had the chicken breast and blackened salmon to start. Really loved the chocolate chilli sorbet for dessert. Great food, great service and considering location good value for money.

I am surprised with the reviews! My experience was brilliant! Every restaurant in the O2 (Michael McIntyre on stage) we’re busy. My wife and I got to the door and we were told to leave a telephone no. When a table a would be ready for us but In the meantime go to the bar for a drink. The idea of a text when the table is ready I actually really liked! 5 mins later and the table was ready! The place was rammed but the staff worked so hard! Credit to them! The food…wow was cracking! Chicken burger, funky chips, corn…the lot was delicious! Camden Hells on tap and cocktails for my wife! Reasonably priced for London too. We will be back again the next time we come to the O2!

Went for a birthday lunch and was not disappointed! The venue was empty expect for ourselves but the server was super welcoming and attentive without being overbearing as can sometimes happen. The cocktails were delicious for restaurant cocktails, you could tell they were well mixed and had good quality alcohol in. The food was all delicious with the exception of the “crispy” halloumi which was rubbery. I’ve already recommended this place to family and friends and can’t wait to find an excuse to return.

Terrible food and tiny portions for unreasonably high prices. Nothing like Brazilian food at all, the feijoada tastes more similar to a chilli con carne and it was £20 for a portion that wouldn’t even fill a 3 year old, there was 5 pieces of fried cassava in a portion for £9 and the service was abysmal. Definitely avoid this place.

There is so much to choose from inside the Westfield Shopping Centre, but I was so glad I chose to eat at the Gourmet Burger Kitchen. I was seated immediately by Asta, who advised me on the ordering options. She took my order and within 10 minutes, the order arrived, piping hot. The Smashed Classic 2 Patties was delicious, as was the Martini cocktail. I will definitely be returning on my next London visit.

Celebrated my daughters 18th with family and friends. The venue was perfect (decorated fabulously by @360legends), with a professional team and first class service. From booking the venue, to answering queries, to service on the evening I can not fault Dave or his team. The security, the bar staff and Dave himself were attentive and professional. Great food (we had the BBQ), great drinks, and a brilliant playlist (although that was my daughters doing!). We will definitely be back.
