Two days back we came for Dinner the food was nice and the staff was really sweet spoken and friendly. So we came back next day but the other waitress was rude and annoyed. Yesterday was our last day at Edinburgh, we went back for dinner and the girl served us day before was there, she was extremely kind and her voice is so sweet dealing with customers.

**Order Number: 813E7** I ordered from Jollibee through Uber Eats, and once again, I was incredibly disappointed. This is the second time I've ordered from them, and both experiences have been awful. The food arrived cold, with half-cooked fries. The spicy chicken sandwich was not only cold, but the bun was rock hard. I also ordered the 3-piece spicy chicken, which was just terrible—hard, cooked in what looked like old, black oil, and cold as well. I feel like I’ve wasted my money, and I won’t be ordering from Jollibee again. They seriously need to step up their food quality for delivery.

Menu was a standard selection and the service was acceptable. Food was quick but didn't have a huge flavour kick. Perfectly pleasant and an ideal crowd pleasing takeaway.
