The best restaurants serving Asian food in Sutton Vesey Birmingham West Midlands

Back in Imanis after a long gap. They’re still brilliant. The service is so friendly and welcoming - thank you as always Zak and team. The food is always fantastic as it has been for many years, but what is amazing is the value for money; they’ve resisted hiking up prices as other similar restaurants - with lesser quality food - have done recently. Hopefully be back again soon.

I've only eaten here once. The food didn't taste very fresh and the portions were quite small. Waiters hanging around playing on their phones. Not a good look... The toilet was freezing cold!!! The table we were sat at was a little wobbly. I wouldn't eat here again. They didn't ask what we'd like to drink, which I thought was odd. I wasn't sure what they had, so I just asked for water. It wasn't the worst place I've eaten at, but it could do much better than what it's doing, atm.

Service was brilliant. Very hospitable as soon as I entered I felt at home. Thank you to amin joe nasir.

Does anybody know if this, one time ‘flagship’ restaurant will open again? All new Bangladeshi restaurants were judged against the Bengal.

Good food and plenty good size portions
