Update September 2024: The restaurant has changed. Alcohol is no longer available. Food quality has declined. Ordered chicken tiki masala, and it was terrible! It was an unusual bright red color - like crayon red color and absolutely no flavor. No mint condiments with the pomppadoms. We used to love this restaurant and eagerly looked forward to the dining experience, but after tonight, we will not return. ===================== TWO YEARS AGO... We enjoyed a wonderful dinner last night at the Indiaana Restaurant. The staff made us feel very welcome. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. We will definitely go again!

Over an hour late. Phone not being answered. Asked for a refund So unhappy. Don’t recommend

Ordered my meal , ( lemon chicken ) Told it would be 20 mins which I was ok with . Went to collect 20 mins later. Stood waiting in the shop for a further 10mins and eventually the chef came out and said that my food had been ready and was in the bag in front of the rrceptionist and had been there since before I entered the shop ( so sat there 20-12 mins ) I said to reception ‘ I hope it’s not cold ! True enough the time I got home and put it on a plate ? It was cold and the lemon was harmed noticeable , very runny liquid with little flavour. Chips were hard and over cooked . £21.00 for a really poor meal and Very poor service .

Pub has had an extensive refurb since reopening last year. Very welcoming, great for families and excellent food menu.

We dined at Chi as we weren’t from the area, and thought the menu and food sounded great. We have 2 young children, so dining out is a bit of a treat to say the least. Kids menu looked good so we took the plunge. Upon arrival everything was good, we booked for 16:30 on a weds afternoon/evening so we hoped it wasn’t busy! Only 1 other table in, who came after us. We were shown to our table and given menus. About 10 mins later they came and took our drinks order and a couple of mins later drinks arrived. Took the food order, but there was no mention of what to order if we hadn’t been here before, so we just ordered a few dishes from both the small plates and the chef specialties. Think the server was getting a bit confused with the kids menu, clearly don’t have that many children in! But eventually got there. Food came within 15 minutes and was delicious! However, we didn’t recieve a check back during the course of our meal, thankfully everything was good. We asked for the bill, which seemed to take forever, despite there only being us and 1 other table in. The waitress (different person to the person taking our order) hadn’t been there long so was having difficulty with the bill. I then felt rushed to pay, as she just stood there waiting for me look over the bill and pay. Regrettably forgetting about the 12.5% service charge! Think this is a Way of making sure that people don’t check it (hidden at the bottom of the bill) therefore making you pay the extra. Recommended for the food, but not necessarily the service.
