Very nice chicken dansak with keema rice,Bombay potatoes with 3 papadoms and dip..plenty of chicken tikka and the sauce was absolutely amazing..inc delivery it came to just under £20 and it was well worth the money…

Rude manager felt like I was doing him a favour by coming in. Food portion was small and I’m a light eater. Chicken 3 pieces. The manager didn’t seem interested in my customer felt I was in the way. I have been there many times before they have lost my custom now.

Had a takeaway from here tonight and hugely disappointed. Usually go Methi as so much flavour but this was convenient tonight. The korma and passanda was so bland and so watery!! I never complain at food but phoned the restaurant to say just so other customers didn’t have to have the same experience for them to just say ok. No sorry or offer of a refund! Lesson learnt but hopefully they will improve as it’s only up the road

Ordered a takeaway from here and I won't be ordering again portions were small and tasteless. Hardly any chicken in the two dishes that we ordered, Best thing we had were the poppadoms. Cockup on payment as there card machine wasn't working properly so no I won't be coming back!!!

Best restaurant in st neots. Amazing staff, great atmosphere and delicious foods. I will be back again very soon.

Dry chicken/lamb over cooked Not the same as it was 5 yrs ago

I ordered online for home delivery to an Airbnb. The food was excellent and arrived earlier than the website said it would. Thoroughly recommended!

As a regular at the Kaaizan I can write you a good and honest review . . . I LOVE this place ! The seating is superbly arranged, the windows and lighting are spot-on and the atmosphere is perfect. The staff (Extra star for Muhammad) are exceptional, never pushy and always very attentive, you won't go home feeling neglected lol And the food 🤤 . . . Its not served in a hurry, and I'm cool with that because I know its been cooked with authenticity. I have tried many different dishes here and they have all been outstanding ! I would especially like to recommend the Garlic Chilli Chicken, its a treat for the eyes, nose and taste buds, but not for the feint-hearted 🤤 Best place in St Neots for a good meal out, and that is no understatement 🎉

I’ve been meaning to try here for ages, and so happy that I did. The food was well worth the wait: utterly delicious. Great mixed starter and fluffy nan. My first ever Duck Jalsha was outrageously good: lean moist chunks of breast grilled, then sautéed in an amazing sauce. Friendly service, family-owned business. Definitely returning!

Needs to improve - order from them now and then as it’s my closest. Ordered the chicken rogan, pilau rice and garlic naan. Was told it would be half an hour, but was 40 minutes, was warm, bland, lacked authentic Indian flavours. Rice was fine, garlic naan was hot and fresh however.

We had a really nice meal on Thursday night 👍👍

Great curry, friendly staff, easy parking. I have been a regular at Kaaizan's for years, with good reason! The food is always excellent and the staff make us feel like we're eating at home. They couldn't make us more welcome!

We celebrated a 90'th birthday party and needed four tables and our party numbered 16 The food and service was absolutely remarkable Ripon the manager was so knowledgeable of the items on the menu and assisted the 5 elderly members in our party Would recommend 100%

A hidden gem.. Probably my favourite Indian in the area. An unassuming building but lovely inside and the food is wonderful.

Have always ordered from Kaaizan and they service food and staff are always amazing! When we collect our order the team are great friendly and nothing is to much trouble!! If you have not tried it then I suggest you do!!

Have had take aways from here in the past, but decided to use the restaurant tonight. Food was amazing, decor is lovely and modern, toilets were spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly. Definitely my new number 1 Indian to eat in in St Neots.

We loved the food which was at a good price. Nice clean, comfortable venue and the service was excellent. They went out of their way to make it a special anniversary meal for us.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. COMPLETE SCAM. Menu states Saag Paneer as a veg side dish however when it was delivered I got a container of saag (cooked spinach) blended with melted cheddar cheese, no paneer in sight. Most people know the difference and the manager on the phone who said he was Indian himself tried to tell me paneer is the Indian word for cheese, rather than a type of cheese. When I informed him that I too am Indian and it is insulting to try sell cheap cheddar in place of paneer, he admitted the difference but refused to do anything about it as he said that's what he does in his restaurant and it works with his customers. Bit like ordering feta from a Greek place or mozzarella from an Italian and the owner thinking his customers will be too stupid to know the difference. Don't be conned, order elsewhere and give your money to a place that actually respects its customers.

Loverly food great surroundings very good

One star as it is not possible to rate as zero. Ordered for a 50 min delivery. Chased after 1hr 30mins and was told it was with driver eta 5 mins. Not delivered 15 mins later and chased again. This time told it was a system issue and they had not received the order. Surprised this was the case as it had been updated to delivered by someone. I cancelled as it was going to be 2hr 30mins after order by the time I received. Most disappointed by the lie/inaccurate information I was given when chasing.

Order was accepted on food hub 75 minutes fine no problem, then they decide after 45 minutes to cancel the order why accept the order then bin you off because we are probably the furthest order. Thought would try somewhere new but guess we will try somewhere that treats paying customers a whole lot better.

This used to be a really good Indian takeaway, but won't be ordering here again. All our dishes were swimming in oil and the King prawn jalfrazi I had the prawns were well overcooked and tough.It's not a cheap takeaway when you get Indian and this definitely wasn't worth the money even with a just eat discount.

The food is cooked fresh selections can be changed . Beers alcoholic drinks a bit pricey . Clean environment and staff pleasant a small wait but it should be waiting for fresh food .

We tried this place after moving to the area a few weeks back. Very nicely decorated in modern style, good hygiene, very good and polite service. Food was all very good, well presented and good portions etc - no complaints at all. Very good value, about 10-15% cheaper than other Indian restaurants in the area for same order.

Ordered a Lamb Korai and Pilau rice; this was the worst Indian meal I've ever had the displeasure of tasting. Was not even sure what I ate was lamb... Yes, it was that bad that I wanted to have this meat dish tested for animal DNA, as I have never tasted lamb that had a hideous look and taste to it. Shame, that the person serving was the nicest ever and a decent looking restaurant but not worth a penny for the food I regrettably bought.

Best Indian in Cambridge by far! Dont listen to the select few people who are saying the food is bland. These guys do the best curries I've had anywhere near cambridge and I'm a very picky person. The service is 5* and the staff are always happy to help. Great atmosphere, great food great service. What more could you ask for?

Great to be back in Kaaizan again this evening, food was excellent (have really missed a good curry). Premises has a fresh new look insde and out, all necesary social distancing measures in place and staff wearing appropriate ppe. Service as usual was excellent.This was our first meal out since lockdown and with everything that has been put in place we felt comfortable and safe, highly recommended.

I have been meaning to review Kaaizans for a while , and as a regular user I can state without any doubt that this is the best indian around. We use their delivery service and it is always on time , and the food never ever disappoints and is always a very high standard -along with friendly staff I fully recommend them !

The worst curry I have ever eaten. It was so bland and the portions were small. Avoid at all costs, I can make a better curry from scratch at home.

Came here for a meal tonight. Have had many takeaways which have always been good. The meal in the restaurant was excellent will definitely come again. The service was excellent the waiter was excellent could not fault it. Everything was so clean. Than you again for a wonderful experience .

Never be put off by the exterior. The food is terrific. The interior is really smart and the toilets are unlike any Indian restaurant I have ever visited. Give it a try.

We ordered a takeaway recently, but wished we had spent our money elsewhere. We had 3 different curries all came out exactly the same. I ordered butter chicken but it was a korma and tasted exactly the same as my friends Korma. My other friend ordered a different mild curry but it came out exactly the same colour as the korma. My friend tasted all 3 sauces and it was confirmed that there was no difference at all. When we called up to say that they had made our dishes all the same, we were told that they have the same ingredients. This is not true. I spent over 2 years travelling around india and i know the ingredients does not include coconut, i know how to cook butter chicken. We were just told that it is supposed to be like that, but in my opinion the chef was being lazy and instead of making the curries fresh, he just used the base sauce for all 3 curries. The chicken was dry and didn't taste fresh. We also complained about the Pilau rice which was the worst i have ever seen or tasted. It was plain rice with tiny bits of red and green food colouring. No onions, no turmeric, nothing atall like a pilau rice. Again, i know very well how to make pilau rice and this was an insult to us as customers and this restaurant. It's one of the most simplest dishes to cook, there is no need to use food dye instead of real ingredients. We were told that is how their pilau rice is.... AGAIN, the chef was being lazy. I will never order from them again. The response we got from the guy we spoke to was very unprofessional and he made it clear that they did not care. We spent £40, but we will never order from them again and we suggest you also find somewhere else. The town has many good indian restaurants now, try any of them and it will be better than this place.

After having at least three deliveries this year where something was missing from the order, as well as the last order having one of the dishes very unsatisfactory, that's the end of it. I had ordered twice in a row explaining that an item was missing previously, been told sorry, we'll make sure it comes this evening but then it didn't! And de ja vous, exactly the same happened the next time. Then the last order was disappointing as something was under cooked. I can order from a shop in Eaton Ford and get a slightly cheaper deal with everything all fine too.

Urgh just opened my takeaway oh my god someone please come and take it away, it looks disgusting and didn't get any better on tasting it. Contents in the bin along with their menu after finding everything from a veg patch but only 6 pieces of lamb(very doubtful)1 of which trading standards can examine.

This evening I ordered a delivery for 7.30pm.My meal was delivered exactly on time as requested by a very polite lady. That in its self impressed me. However when I sat down to eat my meal and honestly tell you that it's one of the best Indian meal ove had for a long time. The garlic rice was light and the lamb rangani cooked in honey and a medium spicy sauce was lovely. The lamb was tender and the portion size generous. Judging by tonight's meal I would 100% recommend Kaaizan. I'm not a paid influencer just a very satisfied customer.

We regularly eat at Kaaizan's with good reason. I love their Dhansak and they are happy to cook a Cauliflower version. But yesterday I threw caution to the wind and decided to change my order. I had a Chicken Tikka Pathia. It's my new favourite curry! I'll be ordering it for the next 6 months at least! And when I asked what rice to have and expressed an interest in the Spring Rice, Raihan, who was helping us, said that they'd go well together. I enjoyed both dishes equally. I'd have eaten the rice on it's own. It was so flavoursome - a little like having Chinese and Indian on the same plate but delicious all the same. This restaurant deserves to be busier! The food is first class and the staff make us feel like old friends when we visit. Do yourself a favour. Visit soon :)

Not a great greating, but after that friendly polite staff good food very plecent surroundings. All together a very pleasant surprise in an out of town restaurant.

Pleasantly surprised to find this hidden gem. Lovely food, first class service and once you get inside the premises, pleasant surroundings. You can also park for free right outside. Just don't let the location put you off, this place is well worth a visit.

Went there for a 40th Birthday- we all had the set meal deal as it was definitely value for money but best of all, friends who’d been before said how amazing the food was- they were right- delicious!!!!

Have dined there before & had a takeaway delivery and thoroughly enjoyed it! Nice Chicken Madras & the chutneys also stood out! A set of £10 off vouchers for dining in the restaurant were also included! I hope they continue the good cooking!

Did not check the order when collected, it was incomplete. Had to argue that I had ordered what was missing. Meal was finished when it arrived. Appearance was not very appetising and there was very little flavour in the meal. The paper bag was swimming in grease. All together a very poor experience.

Excellent food. My choice had real kick. Delivery ahead of quoted time with a cheerful delivery. Both really enjoyed.

The management are trying very hard, and they have made this a perfectly respectable Indian restaurant. Clean, sensible menu, pleasant staff, reasonable prices. It's been completely redecorated and is smaller than the former barn-like premises.

This restaurant is local to us and we visit often and are never disappointed. Tonight was no exception. The restaurant is clean, modern and nicely decorated. Staff are attentive but not over bearing.The food is beautifully presented and extremely tasty. Will definitely keep returning.

Kaaizan has been my favourite takeaway but unfortunately the last couple have been poor. As reviews here have said about other dishes, the sauce on our Korma was watery and almost tasteless. Very poor value for money.

Ordered 2 biryanis Saturday.collected it and got home to enjoy a nice meal. It was the most tasteless curry we have every had .the rice had no colour and the chicken was tasteless.this is my second meal from kaaizans.both have been very poor.never again

Ripon very nice guy great food great service

How hard is it to get a decent curry in this town? This is my second, and last time I order from these people. I ordered a Chicken Madras, with rice etc. It was just chicken in a brown gravy. No spice, nowhere near tge heat of a madras, and quite frankly, revolting. Surely it's not that hard to make a sauce? Really? After complaining, I was told, they would "sort it out next time", no offer of a replacement, or refund. There will definitely NOT be a next time! How this establishment continues to trade is beyond me. Utterly disgusting in every way. AVOID!

Came in Saturday for lunch and it was quiet. The food was really good, lamb e doula particularly was a highlight. Would go again for sure.

I ordered a takeaway here after seeing all the good reviews on here and unfortunately I’m disappointed!!! The delivery was quicker than expected, the driver was friendly and the samosas were better than most in England however the curry couldn’t even be described as a curry. So so watery and rather bland. Not happy as this is the staple of any Indian and should be delicious but I couldn’t even finish it !!!!

This restaurant has become our favourite local Indian Restaurant. The food and service are excellent, whether we have had a takeaway or sit down meal.

Apologies to other reviewers,but I am definitely not making this up. All the good reviews on this place led me to try a takeaway, basic chicken curry, awful. No taste, unseasoned. We were then invited to a meal there by family members, all retaraunts have an off day so we went along. My starter was King Prawn puréed on deep fried bread.......er...no it wasn’t, nothing that slightly resembled the description. It was whole prawns in a tasteless sauce wrapped in what I can only describe as a tortilla. My main was the Special Biriani. The meat tasted as though it had been grilled or oven cooked with again a tasteless sauce poured over it, no way had any spices or herbs infused into the meat. I have eaten Indian food many times at many venues,I can honestly say this is nothing like Indian cuisine. Good luck to all who enjoy eating there, maybe I caught 2 off days as it were, but I was very disappointed. Would I return....no.
