Good quality, clean budget accommodation right in the centre of Poole. Excellent value for money. Great breakfast and friendly staff. No hesitation in recommending.

Such a shame to do a negative review however the service is very poor….we were sat for 30minutes before we were offered a drink, 5 members of staff were stood around the bar chatting and ignoring cust
