Really good burgers! Delivery excellent too! The chicken fillet burger and cheeseburger are our favourites! Highly recommend!

Absolute amazing burgers 🍔!! Tracked Marcus down to his new premises and was not disappointed 😀 Best burgers in town by far with a tasty smoked tomato dresssing. Definitely worth a visit if you're sick of dry tasteless burgers and much prefer tasty, juicy homemade burgers 😀

We popped to Carfax for some lunch and found Steak Expectations. The steak was amazing, there were various options of toppings / sauces and the chap serving was very friendly and pleasant. We would definitely recommend!

Located close to Ashford United Football Club, those seeking a large and reasonably priced meal are assured of a warm welcome from the staff. The menu is imaginative and varied and the helpings big. There is parking close by and two large tables in front of the serving area. Recommended.

Omg! I just tried their vegan cesar chicken burger and it is literally the best burger I’ve ever had! So good I didn’t even have chance to take a pic to share on here! I’ve also had their vegan beef burger on another occasion recently which was also fantastic. Defo worth popping in! Really good value for money too and the service was excellent. Their skin on fries are also amazing. Perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Will be going again. Ordered it as takeaway tonight.

What can I say, SubRosas bagel menu is hands down the best we’ve ever seen. All hand made with fillings made from local produce. The folk who served us were friendly and couldn’t do enough. Absolutely fabulous! Can’t recommend highly enough!

Lovely cafe on the corner of The Avenue & King Lane LS17. Had a wrap, which came with a great fresh salad, hummous and olives. Pleasant staff & gorgeous coffee. Indoor & outdoor seating.

Sam catered for my wedding this summer and we could not have been more pleased with the service we received. Not to mention that the food was exceptionally delicious and I ‘should’ know I am a chef as are both of my brother in laws. The food was incredible and exceptional value, Sam was easy to deal with in the run up, punctual and is just a lovely, lovely guy. If you like smokey American style BBQ then look no further. Blooming excellent burgers and hotdogs. Really one of THE best burgers, highly recommend the blind beggar but they really are all excellent and the good boy chicken burger deserves a mention as well. Good vegan options available too, or so I'm assured by my resident vegan. The recent addition of the hot dogs has made choosing tricky because they are really rather good too. Really lovely, helpful staff. Give it a try and enjoy.

Popped in for a weekday lunch whilst in the area, we had the Mac n cheese and a lasagne which were both delicious. It was so nice to have a warm lunch to take away that wasn't a burger meal! The coffee was really good quality too, will definitely return. Thank you!

I think they offer the best cream tea in Shoreham - yummy. Gorgeous sunny courtyard and a free biscuit for the dog!
