After several great experiences here, we had a disappointing evening on Friday night. We arrived, all 7 of us, on our Christmas night out - nobody greeted us at the door, we guessed which table we were dining on and sat ourselves down. We were then bluntly told to order via the QR code, or go to the till and order. The staff were young and disinterested and spent most of their evening chatting at the pass. We ordered by our phones, which ultimately took the social side of our night out away, all sat there trying to get good WiFi and order our drinks and meals. Our overpriced ‘pints’ arrived, with 1/4 of a pint of foam. Our cocktails were like fruit juice, not an ounce of alcohol to be tasted. Our food arrived, in dribs and drabs, with the last of our meals arriving when others had already finished theirs. Myself and a friend had the macaroni cheese - we’ve had it before and the first time we had it, it was AMAZING, sadly this time it was dry, the sauce had disintegrated and the portion size had dramatically reduced. We used to Love coming here, but sadly have a bitter taste now .

Very friendly customer service. Very clean place ,healthy food ..Just missing for me honey mustard😊

Poo on the floor which was subsequently trodden around the restaurant. Disgusting. Staff not interested in cleaning it up.
