Worst chicken briyani ( with two cube of chicken only) I have ever eaten in my whole life. If have to eat plain rice like that better to go sawan bhawan and eat paneer briyani, the veg of there taste better than this so called chicken briyani. Wasted £5.95 for nothing.

What a disgrace. We just received food and the burger was stone cold dried out pate and cold soggy chips. we ordered off the back off Shake Shack original reputation. clearly now totally disappeared No recourse to tel anyone to get a replacement Shocker. do not order from here.

Meat tasted Off!!! You get a takeaway because you want to taste something you can’t cook at home! I reckon this was cooked in a Redundant horse stable that’s been Occupied by crack addict chefs. Thanks for the meal 👍🏻

Food served cold and greasy.manager considered this acceptable?guess we all have different standards,made me wonder what he considered unnaceptable,nothing probably,it appeared.better sticking to braehead branch.we did wonder why kings inch so quiet.now we know.would be no stars if had that option.

Very disappointing. Took my son and his friends here. Customer service terrible. Waited nearly an hour for main course to then be told there was a miscommunication, our order wasn’t placed by our server. We got up an left. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Regrettably, this establishment fails to deliver on the promise of fresh, delectable doughnuts. Instead, patrons are met with stale offerings that linger from one day to the next, a disheartening practice that speaks volumes about the lack of concern for food quality and waste reduction. Moreover, the milkshakes, purported to be indulgent treats, are but a disappointing amalgamation of chocolate milk from a carton and ice. This is a meager attempt at justifying the exorbitant £7 price tag. It is a disservice to discerning customers seeking an authentic and satisfying dining experience.

We went in while staying at the Travelodge and turned up to find one member of staff cooking our food, we were the only customers at the time so it's not like it was busy yet the food was clearly rushed out and dripped oil everywhere back in the hotel. The burgers were cooked but not fully resulting in them running oily juices everywhere as it dripped from the bag (wouldn't have been good had it happened in somebody's car), the fries they cook from frozen weren't fried fully through either and tasted obviously undercooked like cheap oven chips. The first time in my life I've ever disliked anything from Burger King.

Food was absolutely diabolical when i went there. Ordered a breakfast stick which i thought would be pretty simple but the meat was cold, roll was stale and staff barely said a word to me apart from snatching the money out my hand. Rubbish food, rubbish service and 1 unhappy customer!

We visited as a family yesterday, we ordered drinks and starters which weren’t to bad..the kids ordered 2 burger meals both different baring in mind theses are meant to be gourmet burgers starting at £12.00 plus a burger..we were extremely disappointed the burgers were frozen chicken burgers which we were not expecting..both meals were the same piece of chicken only difference my son ordered the cheetos burger which came at an extra cost of £5 for a sprinkling of Cheeto dust which seemed more like Nik Naks …we did question this with waitress who said no it’s fresh chicken! we paid for the meal and left leaving 2 uneaten full burger meals..when we got home the other half had diarrhoea and a very bad stomach. 😬 from his starter.

On Tuesday 7th December I went into this KFC Franchise to order a takeaway meal my my Wife, our Daughter & her Boyfriend and myself. The staff behind the counter were completely useless and continually interrupted whilst I was trying to place my order. When it was eventually handed to me I left and drove home about 3 minutes away. When I opened the order there were items missing, the Chips were Stone Cold and tasted as though they had been reheated a number of times.The buns felt stale. Also the Chicken was undercooked. As a result of the undercooked chicken I have now got Food Poisoning. This franchise should be shut down with immediate effect. I will never use this disgraceful company again and have advised all my Friends & Family to avoid this place.
