On Tuesday 7th December I went into this KFC Franchise to order a takeaway meal my my Wife, our Daughter & her Boyfriend and myself. The staff behind the counter were completely useless and continually interrupted whilst I was trying to place my order. When it was eventually handed to me I left and drove home about 3 minutes away. When I opened the order there were items missing, the Chips were Stone Cold and tasted as though they had been reheated a number of times.The buns felt stale. Also the Chicken was undercooked. As a result of the undercooked chicken I have now got Food Poisoning. This franchise should be shut down with immediate effect. I will never use this disgraceful company again and have advised all my Friends & Family to avoid this place.

Best Starbucks in Fife! Always friendly despite the heavy demands of tourist town city Hotspot. Great cawffee! Greater brownies /cookies. They always greet with smile and remember my specific order. Out shines all sister /brother units in the area by a country mile!

37 Canmore Street, Dunfermline KY12 7NX ScotlandNo where was is reported online that this place is closed. We've come twice once on a Thurs and once on a Friday drive 20 mins to get here when it says it's open at around 6pm and it's closed completely. NO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. no one got back to us when we tried to book, no phone number to call, and their Facebook and insta ignored us. I'll never go to this chain again.
