On Tuesday 7th December I went into this KFC Franchise to order a takeaway meal my my Wife, our Daughter & her Boyfriend and myself. The staff behind the counter were completely useless and continually interrupted whilst I was trying to place my order. When it was eventually handed to me I left and drove home about 3 minutes away. When I opened the order there were items missing, the Chips were Stone Cold and tasted as though they had been reheated a number of times.The buns felt stale. Also the Chicken was undercooked. As a result of the undercooked chicken I have now got Food Poisoning. This franchise should be shut down with immediate effect. I will never use this disgraceful company again and have advised all my Friends & Family to avoid this place.

No where was is reported online that this place is closed. We've come twice once on a Thurs and once on a Friday drive 20 mins to get here when it says it's open at around 6pm and it's closed completely. NO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. no one got back to us when we tried to book, no phone number to call, and their Facebook and insta ignored us. I'll never go to this chain again.

Strathtyrum Farm Balgove Larder, St Andrews KY16 9SF ScotlandIt's a cute place with a nice concept and good food but we were there on a Saturday and had to queue over half an hour for a drink outside and we waited for 1hr40min to get inside and 2.5hrs in total from arrival to food. I don't think it's worth the wait but probably nice on a less busy day. It's also relatively pricey.
