On Tuesday 7th December I went into this KFC Franchise to order a takeaway meal my my Wife, our Daughter & her Boyfriend and myself. The staff behind the counter were completely useless and continually interrupted whilst I was trying to place my order. When it was eventually handed to me I left and drove home about 3 minutes away. When I opened the order there were items missing, the Chips were Stone Cold and tasted as though they had been reheated a number of times.The buns felt stale. Also the Chicken was undercooked. As a result of the undercooked chicken I have now got Food Poisoning. This franchise should be shut down with immediate effect. I will never use this disgraceful company again and have advised all my Friends & Family to avoid this place.

Disgusting Thieves of a company. Why is it acceptable to steal over £50 ?? I ordered £72 pounds worth of food and receive £20 worth l? Of course they dont answer the phone. Surely to god its not that hard to reD a ticket and pit the ordered food in to a bag Why offer a service if you can not fulfill it? So angry that it has to be a gamble on whether or not you get a full order

Strathtyrum Farm Balgove Larder, St Andrews KY16 9SF ScotlandAsk for steak medium, came well done. Sent it back, it was returned saying that the chef said that the thick end was medium the rest was over cooked!!! There was about an inch of it medium. Not happy with outcome albeit the part which was medium tasted good the rest dry and overcooked. Asked for dessert menu, after 15 minutes of waiting with not a server in sight found someone to ask for the bill. Overall very disappointed with the meal and service. Won’t be hurrying back any time soon 😩😩

Fife Leisure Park Whimbrel Place Whimbrel Place, Dunfermline KY11 8EX ScotlandIt used to be good, but now they are not able to deliver the food you order right. I ordered the Cobb salad and a burger with UberEats and the fried egg was missing from the salad, I submitted a complaint and got no response. This evening my partner ordered the same with Just Eat, asked for no bacon in the salad, as I cannot eat it, and an extra crispy chicken patty. The salad was full of bacon and no crispy chicken was delivered. Is it that difficult to make a salad right??
