We went in while staying at the Travelodge and turned up to find one member of staff cooking our food, we were the only customers at the time so it's not like it was busy yet the food was clearly rushed out and dripped oil everywhere back in the hotel. The burgers were cooked but not fully resulting in them running oily juices everywhere as it dripped from the bag (wouldn't have been good had it happened in somebody's car), the fries they cook from frozen weren't fried fully through either and tasted obviously undercooked like cheap oven chips. The first time in my life I've ever disliked anything from Burger King.

168 Kells LaneNice food but service was not the best, not given enough knives and forks for the table, we were given a pizza box to box away our own leftovers which I thought was a bit weird

53 Garden Walk Metrocentre, Gateshead, Tyne & WearI walked into this restaurant, and straight away got told it was card only so i decided to test it out and it did in fact take cash then we didn’t get given our drinks so we decided to go tell the man who served us as he said and i quote “well your ment to get them yourself” then me and my friends, who ordered 3 tenders meal got given kids meals??? so we went up to tell them and they rudely started asking about receipt even though it was the man who served us. I rate this full experience 2/10 chips were nice but were abit cold, chicken was tough and chewy and texas toast was garlic bread and don’t even get me started on the sauce.
