Regrettably, this establishment fails to deliver on the promise of fresh, delectable doughnuts. Instead, patrons are met with stale offerings that linger from one day to the next, a disheartening practice that speaks volumes about the lack of concern for food quality and waste reduction. Moreover, the milkshakes, purported to be indulgent treats, are but a disappointing amalgamation of chocolate milk from a carton and ice. This is a meager attempt at justifying the exorbitant £7 price tag. It is a disservice to discerning customers seeking an authentic and satisfying dining experience.

Lane7 St James SquareThought the whole experience was very good. A cheery waitress greated me at the door and showed me to a table. The nice Geordie lad took my order without pressuring any sides or extras. The chicken burger I had was really tasty as can be seen in the picture and so was the hot honey sauce I had with the fries. All in a very good burger restaurant and would 100% return.
