Wonderful product, delivered promptly

So pissed waited an hour for my food and didnt even get it. Ended up walking out without my food and instead with a angered temper. Extremely rude staff. Well wasted my money!!!!!!

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever had. We walked in and the girl behind the counter instantly says to her colleague “why do people always come in at this time” She huffed as I ordered each sandwich. There was very little salad left, so, as she got more she slammed the containers on the counter and threw the salad into the trays. She didn’t even bother to cut the sandwiches. She was very rude when I asked about cookies, stating that there were probably only 3 left. If you have no customer service skills why work in a customer facing job? I wish she was wearing a name tag so I could name her for others to avoid. Needless to say, I won’t be going back there.

Read some of the reviews on here. This place must have really improved because I had excellent, friendly service and a lovely cup of coffee. Place was spotless.

Me and my partner and daughter came here after watching fireworks and we all then have come down with food poisoning, we will never be going back again
