The best restaurants in Sketty Swansea South Wales

Went for the Chinese buffet on Friday 2nd Feb, what a treat! Even with a short staffed team the service was wonderful, you can see how the students are building their confidence and skills in both the kitchen and front of house. Food was tasty, excellent value at £7.50 for 2 courses and overall had a really lovely lunch. Will be back 😄

Honestamente la comida hermosa más auténtica. Mis hijos 7 y 4 disfrutaron de toda la comida! Les encantó probar todos los platos diferentes. Tan diferente y mucho más que tu casa de curry promedio. Personal muy amable. Increíble sabor y opciones para probar que están fuera de este mundo junto con consejos de qué combinaciones se complementan y cómo probar nuevas delicias. Hemos vuelto una y otra vez y como familia se ha convertido en nuestro lugar favorito. Muy recomendable.

Ended up outside here tonight whilst looking for somewhere to eat. So glad we did! The guys were so helpful and very accommodating considering we just rocked up without phoning an order through in advance. Sam gave us a menu, and was happy to explain anything for us. The food was outstanding! Amazing burgers, and amazing loaded fries... portion sizes were immense! And the desert was fantastic to finish off. Will absolutely, definitely be ordering from these guys again in the not so distant future.

Kristie’s has been used by our family for many years…pies, pasties, CUSTARD SLICES etc. we are very sad that it is closing.

Brilliant cafe. Lovely coffee and brunch. Dog friendly and lovely staff They also had a great selection of pastries and cakes. Really reasonably priced and loyalty cards

Called in for lunch today the meals were great and the service was fantastic. Good prices and spotless.

Dilly’s kitchen supplied a savoury buffet for my mums 90th Birthday coffee morning celebration. The buffet was beautifully presented and the food was outstanding !! It was a tough audience to please however the feed back was 5 x stars !!! Thank you Dilly’s for helping me plan the event and for the professional service you provided. The buffet was beautifully set out on the morning with all the supporting plates, napkins etc …… A HUGE THANK YOU !!!

I have waited several weeks before writing this. I rarely post negative reviews, particularly not for small independent venues. But the price of 2 pieces of cheese on toast costing £10.95 is still irritating me. I didn’t look at the bill until sitting back down and my bank account flashed up the amount. I went back to the counter and asked if this was correct. Then to add insult to injury, we had nearly finished our coffees and my wife went to the counter to check where the cheese on toast was. No apology from the staff, and they said it was waiting in the kitchen as they couldn’t remember what table ordered it. You would expect sour dough bread or some, artisan crafted speciality bread and a fine local Welsh mature cheddar for this price. What we received was big standard supermarket sliced brown bread and a meagre layer of big standard supermarket cheese, that barely covered the cardboard toast. It was now barely tepid and ranks as the worst and most expensive cheese on toast we have ever had. Our cake was good but I overpriced, and the coffee was OK, but no where near as good as numerous other coffee shops in Swansea. Positives are: venue is nice and clean, staff friendly but somewhat dopey. It’s a shame they demolished my old school Ty-Coch. I am sure the catering ladies would have done a better job

Beautiful Sunday lunch (ingeniously served until 4 for late risers….) Absolutely faultless dinner, delicious and plenty of it.

We went for breakfast here and the food was absolutely stunning, the customer service was brilliant and Bubbly and the place was packed but food was so quick, same with the drinks! 1000% recommend!

My partner almost got knocked over by one of their delivery drivers pulling up outside the store at high speed. If you order from them, be aware of someone driving a car with the reg similar to WN06 RZN (I didn't catch it precisely)

One place I have to stop at is Jenkins for my coffee fix. Been in twice this week and the service as always was great.

Great Local pub, couldn't have asked for better.
