Just had a 2 night stay, which was perfect. Room was spotless with fantastic views over Cemaes Bay. All the staff were great, especially Edwin who was helpful and courteous and made our stay extra rememberable.

Having been walking the Anglesey Coastal Path for many years, my wife and I have dropped on umpteen noteworthy eating establishments. Banc rates up there with the best. Whether it be the the quality of the food, or the really good value, or the jovial quality of a happy man running his own cafe. In 70 miles of walking it is the only one we have had lunch at, then returned for afternoon tea, then had lunch again the next day. We enjoyed the quality (homemade quiche & sausage roll trice), the value, and especially the welcome. And I appreciate Staffordshire crockery. It is not actually on the Coastal Path, or even by the sea front. It is maybe 10 minutes away, with an interesting walk up the high street. But it is so worth seeking out. While we were there we got the impression it was well patronised by locals, which should be a recommendation in itself. I have just been telling 2 other families, coming to Anglesey how to find it. On a practical point, dogs are welcome in the garden. So obviously not when it is raining, but also after inclement weather when it is still unacceptable under foot (paw ?) We expect to call when we do the next bit of the Coastal Path.

We stay in Cemaes Bay several times a year as we love the village and we finally got to sample a pizza at the beach. We've aways seems to miss it or we are there out of season. We went early in the week when we saw it was open and checked opening times etc and had a look at the menu. First time we ordered chips and coffees at lunch, both of which were lovely. My mum said it was the best coffee she had all week. We then tried a pizza on the friday night and took it back to the cottage - goats cheese, red onion, balsamic and it was gorgeous! Cooked perfectly with just the right amount of goats cheese. Plenty of seating if the weather permits and parking is available to eat in the car and enjoy the view. Highly recommended stop for a coffee or something to eat, with friendly staff.

We enjoyed some fresh paninis at the cafe and the coffee was brilliant. The best part was the cookie pie that we give 10/10, the sweet treats were on another level. Fabulous quality and really friendly staff🧁The perfect pit stop after a coastal walk.

Nice Beer, friendly staff. Dog Friendly. Clean and cozy. Open fire, candles and a happy atmosphere. The regulars we encountered were very welcoming and a good night was had by all, sadly I doubt any of the Karaoke entries will win Britains got talent, but it was a hoot anyway!

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel over the new year period. Harbour front room was fine with lovely views. New Year's Day we had a walk and were looking for somewhere to eat. Ended up with a window seat, overlooking the bay and honestly one of the best carvery roast dinners ever. It was like your very best home made meal. Waiting staff were great, very kind and attentive. Was the only meal we ate all day. The roast lamb was divine amd the lemon sponge pudding was light as air. Will remember this meal as a highlight of a fabulous start to the year!
