The best restaurants in Cadnant Isle of Anglesey North Wales

Really enjoyable meal, staff were friendly.

Staff are very well trained and go above and beyond to be courteous and helpful. The restaurant is well furnished and clearly loved and cared for with even the bathrooms being pristine. The food was excellent and the portions were perfect. The meat was incredibly tender and so deliciously spiced it had our mouths watering. Highly recommended.

Just had a chicken and shish kebab at 3pm Sunday afternoon. First customer of the day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything inside the shop was spotless. Food was really good and tasty. Will be returning in a few weeks time for the hot chicken wings.

Disappointing experience. We were drawn in by the prix fixe menu which made it look like you got a salad starter then a choice of steak or mussels and frites with extras and sides but nothing else was included apart from the mussels or steak and frites, not even the salad so not sure why it would be termed a prix fixe menu. My wife had a dozen mussels that were not open. I had the 4 tapas style dishes for £21 which portion wise were good but only the calamari and garlic bread were enjoyable for me. For a Friday night there were only 4 tables occupied but the food still took 40 mins to arrive.

The fish and chips here are quite good, although not the best that you can find on Anglesey. The prices are fair and typical of most other fish and chip shops

Avacado on toast was cold and the scrambled eggs orange and clearly microwaved. So let down as we went here as we thought it would be nice.

Picked up family member from a work meal did not get out of car for 5 minutes then left but was charged for non payment parking. When disputed with Smart Parking their online system did not recognise my car registration after trying several times. Next thing received a letter from Debt Recovery who have no remorse so £150 was due. Disgraceful having this arrangement for a Hotel/Pub which detracts from the location and best avoided.
