The best restaurants in Brynteg Isle of Anglesey North Wales

Visited as a family of six on a Saturday evening. Service was excellent with lots of staff at hand. It wasn't overly busy at 6:30pm but got busier. The ability to take your own alcohol is great considering the cost of drinks these days. The menu choice was excellent. The speed at which the food arrived was very quick. All six meals were very tasty and plentiful. What we didn't eat we were allowed to put into boxes to take home. After receiving a dreadful take away here a good few years ago it was great to have a fantastic evening of good food and atmosphere. Thank you.

Amazing ice cream, best I have tasted on Anglesey! Slowly making my way through the menu! My favourite so far has to be Turkish Delight. The ice cream is very high quality indeed. Very friendly staff with excellent quick service and its spotlessly clean. Allergens clearly labelled and they have gluten free options. Apparently the milkshakes are delicious too so must try one of those next time! Lots of parking and seating outside.

An excellent value fish and chip shop. We had large cod and chips which we split as it was enormous and more than enough for two. Fish cooked to order. Nice light batter. Chips were excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

We have been to this cafe a few times and enjoyed it. This time we called in for coffee and scones. The scones were inedible, too much baking powder which burnt our mouth. It was around 2pm so wasn't much choice . Even the seagull wouldn't eat it. The atmosphere everything has changed. Different staff than I remember.

Terrible food and service, Paid £20 for two breakfast to takeaway at van on pentreath stretch, and didn't get everything that should of been in breakfast box and sent message to let them know whats missing and was told ( we had run out of mushrooms that's why they wasn't in the box... ) and I said I understand that places can run out but should tell people before paying and leaving with what thought should be everything, and she opened message and ignored me so I left it to following day for reply but nothing and still spoke with such attitude and saying having mushrooms missing from breakfast etc doesn't warrant refund enjoy your day as if to end of conversation. no apology and not letting me know beforehand could have changed things. but she doesn't care just wants money. Definitely not worth paying £20 for two sloppy breakfast and raw cheap sausages, will be going eles were everywhere else you get alot more for money and don't get spoken to like that and can actually have proper coffee and not in folding cardboard lids that burnt myself while drinking but she didn't care for either.

Visited Friday evening - we needed to pop into the spar so we decided to get fish and chips here. Really glad we did. Cooked from fresh by the owners. The chips were gorgeous I think they must have been Cyprus potatoes? Not greasy at all. My mum and husband enjoyed the fish too. Will return. It’s a nice smart, clean takeaway too and would like to try some of the other dishes such as the Turkish kebabs.

Great place, staff were super friendly, we was just visiting the area but needed a few tips and pointers. And the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Can’t comment on the food yet but we will definitely be back to try!

Had loads of fun and the atmosphere was great

Perfect pisgod a sglodion, no grease, a perfect sized portion too, so no wasted chips. It can get busy so be prepared to wait a little. It's worth it as it's freshly cooked. The curry sauce is particularly fine too Sorry there are no photos I couldn't wait to start on them.

Ww had a family party ! Mary was the star of the show !! What an amazing team Maureen the food was amazing plenty of food on the buffet and choice of gluten free

Ordered online, went to collect at allocated time, waited over an hour with still no food.. decided to cancel due to them saying it would be another 30 mins wait.. they took the money online and said it would be refunded and we have still not received payment back.. absolutely ridiculous after numerous telephone calls..

Called in on the off chance, had great pizzas and we wish our local take away was this good. Good service and not long to wait. Will definitely be back if we are in the area again.

Expensive drinks, no food, no atmosphere. Tried it after giving it a miss since Covid, wish I had not bothered. Declining from the standard it used to be with busy bar and good pub food. Such a pity the management have let it become so run down.
