A proper traditional Free House! Rare to find pubs like this left nowadays but an absolute treasure of a find! The beer was EXCELLENT! I sampled their variety of traditional cask ales and my partner had larger - it was some of the best beer I’ve tasted! The Beer garden was gorgeous, we had stopped in for a pint after a nice country walk but stayed for hours soaking up the sun before returning to our touring caravan down the lane! The service was excellent and staff and all the other customers were so friendly we were made to feel very welcome! We will definitely be back for more beers in the sunshine and hopefully food (was informed the kitchen is under renovations but should be open again soon!) Would recommend for anyone looking for a good pint, no frills, a great beer garden and a friendly welcome at a very reasonable price (less than £5 for pints!!!). Wish there were more pubs like it around still!

The Parciau is a great country pub, welcome to holiday makers and locals alike who all enjoy the fantastic range of local real ales and lagers. I came here with my wife and kids, soaked up the sunshine in the HUGE beer garden whilst the kids played football there too. Best pub for a drink on Anglesey. No food unfortunately, but would recommend for a pint.

Called to book a table for four. They no longer serve food, and have no restaurant. The pub was run down and smelled of damp. One to give a miss.

Absolute dump this pub is falling to bits the ceiling is caving in there is damp all over the walls and your charged silly money for the privilege. Its as though they are waiting on a lease to expire and walking away. Please don’t bother we walked in and straight back out

Nice location but building alittle bit unloved. Beer was expensive & barman seemed disinterested & made no effort to talk.

We are motorhomers and were staying three nights at the CMC site which is right next door - very handy! We visited every day of our stay - usually when we returned from a day at a beach. There is a lovely beer garden with well spaced out tables, lovely views to be had and so peaceful! Very Covid aware with Track & Trace on arrival and hand sanitiser. Staff very friendly with swift service and prices were competitive. We throughly enjoyed our visits to our new 'local', always ending up chatting with other guests - it made our holiday-Thank you so much!

Nice friendly pub serving a great range of real ales especially the Proper Job Unfortunately not serving food presently which is a shame however it was most enjoyable sitting outside in the large beer garden enjoying a pint or three 👍

Stayed at nearby caravan site and called in for a pint. Lovely pint of Proper Job! Bar could do with a bit of background music, if only to drown out the sound of locals listening to "you tube" videos on mobile phones, but on a plus note, a game of pool was only 50p!

Decent bitter, friendly service. chef's own recipe curry (excellent), Gammon mega huge, better value than his plate pie (husband ate half of my gammon). Gammon lovely. Nice garden. Only criticism please water your flower arrangements and get somebody else to arrange those poor flowers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is place is the perfect country pub! Nice atmosphere with a roaring fire, good selection of drinks and fine cask ales! Surrounded by lovely gardens and a patio area! The food is incredible pub grub, great selection and very reasonably priced! It came out swiftly, the service and staff were very friendly and the food was delicious! All fresh and home cooked! This is the perfect place for everything from a quiet pint to a tasty meal out! Book ahead in the summer as I've heard they can get very busy! But this has got to be the best pub on the island from what I've found! Other establishments take note! The Parciau is doing it right! One thing to note is they're currently undergoing maintenance on some areas (although this doesn't effect serving or business) but it doesn't currently look as squeaky clean as I imagine it will in the summer! However I will be back again and again! 10/10 for everything! And see you soon!

We frequent this local pub which is close to the site where we have our static caravan situated on the Pigeon House Caravan Park. For some reason they had stopped doing their Home Cooked food so it was a pleasant surprise that when we went in last Thursday the Kitchen was open again. We had 2 main meals: Gammon Steak and Hunters Chicken which both were very tasty and well cooked and served in a pleasant and homely manner. AS ever the Beer on offer was plentiful with a handful of Crafty Ales to sample. I opted for the Rampart - a local Conway Ale which was excellent but slightly potent. Overall the Food and drink was excellent an a nice ambience in the Pub.

Marian Glas, near Benllech. The restaurant and bar food is not available this season. The kitchen is closed. Frequented by locals and caravanners, being next to two caravan sites. Friendly early evening crowd and good range of real hand pulled beer. Inside and outside seating. Pity the decor has been allowed to deteriorate, it is quite scruffy now.

Have been to Parciau Arms frequently. The food is always good with reasonable prices. There is a good range of cask beers and has a decent pool table - can't go wrong. This is a dog friendly pub. The atmosphere is always friendly, with a welcoming fire over the winter months!

We have just been down a 'memory lane' holiday to Anglesey, revisiting places we have not been to for a few years. We had very fond memories of our visits to 'The Parciau' of a lovely atmosphere and surroundings and were looking forward to going there again. What a disappointment, the place was grubby, with mould on the walls and dilapidated furniture and peeling wallpaper, in some areas. We had a beer and a wine that cost us almost a tenner which we drank and walked out !!!!!!! This place has really lost its appeal was shabby and we will certainly never return. Would not recommend it wouldn't even give it 1 star but this review would let me post without a star rating

We called as a group of 2 couples - seemed very quiet even though it was early evening and it looks as though it is in desperate need of a refurbish as it smelt quite damp and musty. We had the steak and ale pie and the chicken curry. The pie was dreadful as it had been microwaved to heat and therefore the pastry was very soft and soggy, the meat was not very nice either with hardly any taste. Very unimpressed and will not be visiting again. It's a shame as it is the nearest pub to several caravan sites and I'm sure it would get lots of custom if it were improved.

We had the steak and ale pie and scampy. The steak pie that had obviously been heated in the microwave with soggy pastry and meat that seemed to come out of a tin, the oven chips weren't any better either. The scampy was wet inside so had that been cooked properly? The service was a bit slow as there was only one very nice girl serving. Overall we wouldn't eat there again

went here last time we were in anglesey and had a lovely meal, this time we were so dissapointed, the service was very slow, even though it wasnt busy, the food was bland and tasted as if it came out of a jar, the specials board had meals on it that weren`t available and what we did order was awful, dont go here if you want value for money and tasty food.

Went for a drink on a Sunday night. Opening hours were unclear, although Google said 11pm. They called last orders about 8pm, they were cleaning around us, not the most welcoming, said they were being paid until 9pm. Odd but would return maybe on a busier Saturday to try again. No Guinness, had to try their version which was ok.

The staff here are superb! We received a very warm welcome and then the restaurant staff were friendly and responsive, quickly checking if there were any issues with the dishes and our dietary requirements. The food was well prepared and tasty. Our room was a bit small and warm but this was a minor issue in an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Can't comment on the rooms but went in for food tonight and it was all outstanding. I tried to find a menu online but for some reason it's not on the hotel website. A couple of us went for the pizza and they were delicious and at a fantastic price. Will definitely be returning to try other things on the menu.
