This is a new business and is found behind the Garage at the Trawsfynydd/Bala junction. I had far to go but not a lot of time on my hands and saw this food van. I went to have a look and found a very clean, handy little gem. Breakfast was the main item but plenty of variety. I had a delicious cheeseburger, hubby had a huge bacon and sausage sandwich which was also delicious. The young lady was very chatty and pleasant, and kept a very tight ship! A very handy, convenient little business, and I wish them all the best in their new venture.

Very popular so it can get crazy busy. However food prices are reasonable and good value. So worth waiting a little. Parking can be a bit difficult. We had sausage with mash. Good quality sausage and good gravy.

It's closed and seems to be no interest in opening. Shame as plenty of people walking who would use the cafe

Not sure why others have posted about staying here as it appears this place has been closed for a while and a sign is posted on the door, closed and available only by appointment. The grounds are breathtaking but neglected probably for maybe a year or two. The building is majestic from the other side of the valley.

Food and service was fantastic, huge portions of great pub food. Rooms were nice too in a historic setting. Fabulous view out of the hotel and a really pretty village. All in all, amazing value for our stop over to play rugby!

Bad Experience. We pre booked for a family birthday party of 11 people. First off, they tried to put us on 2 separate tables which we refused. We then had to ask for cutlery twice after our meals had been put on the table. 4 people on our table had the burgers and 1 person had the fish. All of these 5 meals were absolutely awful and were left on plate. We complained that 5 out of the 11 meals were not eaten and the staff member said sorry, thanks for the feedback. I went up to the bar and said that we had a problem with 5 of the meals and they reply was “What do you want me to do about it.” I asked to see the manager and was told that there were no managers in and that I would have to ring the next day. I think this is terrible customer service and 5 out of the 11 meals were very substandard. I would never eat here again.
