The best restaurants in Mold Broncoed Flintshire North Wales

This wholesome little cafe is our favourite spot to eat after a long walk out in the countryside. The owners are so friendly and make us feel very welcome every time! The food is lovely and always hits the spot (especially the chips!) The cafe itself is right in the centre of Mold and only a short drive away from the picturesque Moel Famau and today we drove from Alyn Waters in Gwersyllt which only took around 15/20 minutes too. Plenty of parking around. 100% recommend a visit here! Thanks again both, we will see you again soon! Naomi & Jack x

What a gastronomic delight to the tastebuds we had, when popping in for lunch with friends today. Unsure of the offerings available for (two of us) being vegetarian, the menu and meal certainly did not disappoint. From the first mouthful it was impressively wonderful. Three empty plates from three friends and a promise to return very soon. A hidden gem of an eatery in the town of Mold. Thank you!

We had a fabulous meal last night. All of the dishes were tasty, fresh and fragrant. Would absolutely recommend and will be doing so to our friends and family.

Latte Lottie did the most amazing buffet for my mother in laws surprise 60th birthday! Each and every guest commented on how amazzingggg the food was and asked for latte Lottie’s details for future events! 5 star and will 100% get food again. Marie was super helpful and very accommodating,

Absolutely beautiful find on my first visit to Mold with my school friends of 50yrs. The place was immaculate and, the service very professional as for the food nothing less than a 10/10 Will certainly recommend and, visit again when in the area. Thank you 🙂

Nice enough food however the burger was abit salty and later on I found myself drinking lots of water but still nice food id recommend.

Booked a table two weeks in advance, left contact details with the restaurant as requested. Arranged a lift in to Mold only to find the restaurant closed "due to unforeseen circumstances". By this time our lift had left. Unforeseen circumstances do sadly happen - but no attempt was made to contact us and advise of the late closure. Consequently we were left a fair few miles from home with no table booking. Fortunately we found another restaurant within Mold and a good night was had. The food and service here may be good, we just never got the opportunity to try it

We are regulars at this favourite place of ours : The Woodworks Cafe and Garden Centre in Mold. It's a gem of a place. It has an exceptionally good reputation amongst those who are in the know and has a lovely family business atmosphere. Went there again today for their Christmas Lunch which was fab. Excellent quality (as always!) and beautifully cooked. Great service, too, from the friendly and efficient staff. The garden centre is extremely good, so is the gift shop where there's a very good selection of birthday etc cards. Highly recommended

Came here with a colleague from work on our lunch break and was thrilled to find such a cosy cafe serving delicious food right on Mold high street! Couldn’t ask for more pleasant atmosphere, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and the food was piping hot and cooked to order. Will definitely be coming again.

I went for the Ultimate Breakfast, which was a huge plate of food. Everything was cooked to perfection and the quality of the food was top notch. The price was extremely good for the amount of food, and included a drink. Fantastic breakfast.
