Great spot to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee! I choose to believe that the girl that took my order had a bad day and when I return next time the service would be impeccable! Also I should mention it's virtually impossible to enter with a stroller due to the massive step up at entrance so Not very accessible unfortunately!

AVOID AS THEY ARE VERY UNFRIENDLY! I had a terrible time going to this place, food was soggy, under cooked and over priced, when I mentioned it to the staff they as much tried to blame me for it, the nerve. I would strongly advise those visiting the bay to eat anywhere else as they are clearly not disability friendly, since they made my younger brother cry when the staff member appeared to be laughing at his disability. AVOID

Years ago this chippy was amazing not been for years as it is always shut when we want a chippy now different work schedule ect. 2 Battered sausages had no batter and the chips were really awful. We have never had left overs from a chippy. None of us likes. So disappointed staff are and always were lovely but food no where near as good as it was. Sorry I won't be returning.

Enjoyed an exceptional afternoon tea yesterday with friends for an 18th birthday. Food was delicious. Plenty of everything including a proper, home made trifle like my mum used to make. Lovely little personal touches for the birthday girl. They made her feel special. The staff were so welcoming and friendly so thank you to them all.

After 40 minutes they still hadn't even started to cook our order for two. Dirty plates and glasses left from previous customers on other tables. Just terrible.

This one is a rare, but welcome find, and hopefully a sign of positive changes coming to Colwyn. We only went in for a drink and light snack, but saw the raspberry almond cake and decided to share a slice. Others had muffins, which they enjoyed. The tea was very good, nice and hot. Coffee drinkers in our group said the same. The cafe has a lovely atmosphere, light, calming and a welcome respite in all weathers. If I still lived at home, I'd be a regular here. Thank you for adding something special to the old town.

Ordered thought justeat online and this was shocking oreded two hotdogs, chips and a chicken burger. The burger quite literally fell apart when trying to pick it up as the bottom and top buns were soggy and the hot dog buns were exactly the same. Chips were stone cold. Never ordering again.

I had a lovely brekkie here, it was awesome, 2 lovely ladies working here are lots of fun and nothing is too much trouble, since the high street has many places closing down, there is a distinct lack of cafes for a good breakfast, so this is a great place to get what you want, i will be back here when im working or playing in the bay,,,,, thanks . .. ,,
