The Bay Bistro in Conwy

After 40 minutes they still hadn't even started to cook our order for two. Dirty plates and glasses left from previous customers on other tables. Just terrible.

Visited at about 5pm. Bar one table of outside we were the only diners. Two plates of food (cod & chips and sausage and chips) took 40 minutes to arrive and when they did, one was the wrong order and one missing the mushy peas!!. To be fair, this was rectified within a few minutes. And also to be fair when it arrived food was piping hot and of a fair quality. But for me the damage was done by dismal service and, from one server, surly and dismissive service explain the delay was down to being so busy.

Had a fantastic experience eating at the Bay Bistro with family. The food was delicious and caters for gluten free customers, with fantastic gluten free fish and chips. The food was reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely eat here again!

Visited on a Sunday and stopped for a hot drink and sat outside. Very friendly service and offering 20% discount on food and drink for the month of October. A good menu although we only had a drink this time but will return for food soon. Toilet facilities were available and on entering the cafe the seating area was well spaced out with plastic dividers between the tables.

Excellent Fish & Chips! I ordered a take away of 2 x Fish and chips and 2 x fish cakes and chips. All were cooked fresh to order. Well packaged. Would highly recommend.

Just had a delivery of the tastiest fish and chips we've had in a long time delivered on time pipping hot very professional with antibacterial hand wash applied when passing our food good value will definitely be using them again

Wow what a find. Fantastic food very well cooked and presented. The service was also brilliant. You have got to try it. We will be back soon!

with weather forcast being bad for our weekend away in llandudno decided to come down early and booked last minute accomodation. Went into town looking for somewhere to eat that catered for coeliacs and noticed this little bistro so went in for a look. Straight away we were made to feel at home by the 2 tables already occupied and the waiter assured us that a lot of the menu was suitable for coeliacswhich pleased mother. She had fresh haddock chips and peas , i has lasagne , chips and sald that also came wqith garlic bread and my daughter had chicken nuggets and chips, mum and daughter had soft drinks and i had a beer and it only came to £17 i was amazed, it was wonderful, lasagne was large portion and homemade in fact my daughter had half it was that huge. To top it off our meal while we were eating our meal we were seranaded by a ukulele group with singers who were absolutely brilliant. Best valentines night ive ever had x

Just pop in for a piece of fish and it was first class. I will be back. 😊😊 I’ve not tried the chips yet but I’m sure there be just as good

I have visited a few times since Craig took over. Always a positive experience! The fish is GORGEOUS!!! A lot to choose from so there is something for everyone! 10/10
