We recently rediscovered the Paysanne, after several years away. The host, Cai, is just as welcoming and ebullient as ever, and the food every bit as good as we remember. Menus in some places are so pretentious these days, but not here. Mouth-wateringly descriptive, but when the plates arrive, you'd probably think understated. We had a family visit to a " fish special" event and were absolutely wowed by what was on offer. Flavour combinations to wake even the most jaded palate just kept coming. A comprehensive wine list is another bonus, and the convivial atmosphere just made the gathering very special.

Amazing place we just happened to pass by on our way through the UK. The vegan sambo we ordered was so tasty I almost ordered one to go. Definitely check this out if you're vegan and in the area!

This restaurant is a must if you are in Llandudno. We went on Saturday 17th May to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary and everything was fantastic. The owner had remembered it was our anniversary and decorated the table for us. We had garlic bread for starters, four main courses, 2 bottles of wine and a shared dessert. Food was absolutely delicious and served piping hot. Thank you for making our anniversary one to remember and we will definitely be back.

Found it closed sadly,only driven here based on reviews, and Google maps stated it should be open so did their sign. Oh well...a wasted trip.

Met to discuss PAT dogs with a fellow PAT dog owner. It isn't easy to find if you follow the sat nav but there are signs - on the business park. I loved the fact that it's all about dogs which is rare - dogs are allowed off the lead and my little dog had a great time playing with the other dogs. Lovely food too ! I shall be returning.
