Went to the little cheesemonger last weekend, a great little shop with varieties of cheese. The lady who owns the shop is lovely and very attentive. Highly recommended.

A little good cheese goes a long way. This comfortable food store stocks a surprisingly large range of artisan foods: Beans, dressings, oils, preserves, coffees. And of course, fine local cheeses.

If you are after something a little bit different for your wedding cake, look no further than the Little Cheesemonger! As avid cheese lovers, we knew we wanted a cake of cheese, and Gemma made the whole process of designing and picking the flavours such a memorable experience. We came in for a tasting session, put the plan together, and she also sourced all of our crackers, grapes, chutneys, etc. It went down an absolute treat, and the best part was that they venue did not even put out all of the cheese that we had bought, so we had loads to take home after the wedding! Fantastic little shop with an extensive variety of cheeses. Staff were very helpful and let us try a cheese that we were interested in but had never tried, we liked it and this resulted in a sale. Prices were ok too.

Always excellent. I ordered a grazing box. I'd highly recommend it. Good value. The array of products available is superb. The staff are extremely knowledgeable if you need advice. Me .... well, I'd buy everything if I could. Pay them a visit & buy some real cheese, not the usual run of the mill stuff.

Nice cheese shop. Wide range of different styles plus coffees and olives/crackers/biscuits/oils etc. A decent supper can be bought here. Call ahead if you're looking for anything vegan.

Having somebody knowledgeable guide you through the cheese buying process is just so useful. With such a wide variety of cheeses, preserves, pastries and even cheese-related cooking accessories, I would be impressed if you could earnestly say there's nothing in there for you. Not to mention the delicious pheromones. I cannot get enough. Im putting these pheromones in glass jars and huffing them before bed but its not enough. I've gotta BE there, smelling it up straight from the smoke machine that pumps its gaseous juices all around the store. From the moment I get that first wiff as I open my door, to the moment I finally unleash my bank account all over the dairy its like I'm in a trance. DO NOT GO IF YOU DON'T LIKE WARFARE. You have to serve if you want to get to the cheese. Thats just not negotiable.

Absolutely brilliant place. Fantastic selection of cheeses also a wonderful collection of craft gins, rums and vodkas. The owner was a lovely lady who went out of her way to ensure the gifts I was buying were gift wrapped and presentable.

An amazing shop and has become my go-to for any foodie gifts. Always a great selection of wines and local beers and spirits too. The staff are always so lovely and really helpful and patient

At the Little Cheesemonger in Prestatyn you can find a great selection of local cheese and beyond. Gemma is very knowledgeable, passionate about cheese, welcoming and happy to advise you! The Little cheesemonger is not only about cheese, it is a lovely Deli with lots of nice products and a great selection of wines.

What an amazing little cheese shop has everything you could want and more. Very happy an helpful staff. Love the wine selection. Certainly be back especially for the homemade pate.

This independent little shop is a haven for cheese lovers and I was spoilt for choice by the selection of cheeses on offer. Knowledgeable and helpful staff who offered us a sample of a Welsh cheese called "Black Bomber" and a Welsh blue called "Trefaldwyn" which were both delicious. There were also goats cheese and sheeps cheese (can't wait to try those) along with various cheese biscuits and chutneys and a fantastic selection of wines. This is a little slice of cheese heaven in the heart of Prestatyn and definitely worth a visit.

There's miriad different types of cheese, but it doesn't stop there, this little gem of a shop boasts a fine selection of jams, chutneys, wines and ales to name but a few. If, like me, you're a bit of a cheese-head. I then look no further, the little cheese monger has got you covered.

I discovered this amazing place at Rhuddlan this week. The variety of cheeses is amazing. I brought home some Starnachas, it was gorgeous and smoked stilton. So lucky to have found this shop!

Called in last week got some Nant Glyn honey very nice I also got some cheese and was disappointed I went to eat it the following day and it had dried out and was not impressed it was one of the hard Scottish cheeses.

What a fabulous service from this gem of an establishment, nothing was too much trouble and a hamper was above and beyond expectation. The recipient was bowled over by the quality of both produce and the manner in which it was all packaged for delivery. Thoroughly recommend.

Gemma recently did our Wedding Cheese Cake Tower and we cannot recommend her enough. Gemma was very helpful, listened to what we wanted but also had great advice too and the decoration was exactly what we wanted. What a lovely little shop! Lots of high quality foods and drinks. They have a lovely range and very yummy cheeses also ones you don't see in supermarkets also a lovely pantry area full of yummy chutney's, jams,crackers,pickles,olives,chocolate,biscuits,olive oils,pate and the fresh breads are amazing!! They also sell wine,flavoured gins and fresh coffee. They will also make you up a hamper which make the perfect gifts I've got them as gifts and everyone loves them. Staff are so helpful and friendly I highly recommend you stop by for a visit

This is an incredible cheese shop, nothing short of brilliant, a great selection of cheeses (obviously) a good selection of breads crackers and various dips, and my new favourite balsamic vinegars, along with many other tasty treats. Once visited you'll never look at supermarket cheese again.

Nice little shop, lovely staff, felt there wasn't quite enough variety of cheese - more space is dedicated for wine and crackers than actual cheese.

We've used this shop a few times when having friends over for a few drinks and a bite to eat. The lady in the shop is very knowledgeable and makes great suggestions, some great Welsh cheeses. The pate is a must, all of our friends love it, but get there early as it soon sells out!They have some quirky food and drink bits too. My partner couldn't help but buy the 'shimmer' for Prosecco for her hen do!Great shop. A must when in Rhuddlan.

Popped into The Little Cheese Mongeespecially today to see what goodies were in and saw a rather large Vacherin being opened on the counter. Whoopee! The season is upon us. I bought a good size piece and a fresh Chia loaf and headed home for lunch. Absolutely gorgeous. We ate the whole loaf between the two of us smothered in the soft oozing rich cheese. This cheese is only made in winter, what a treat to find it in the Rhuddlan cheese shop. Going back tomorrow for more before it sells out. What a classy little outfit the Cheesemonger is.

What a brilliant addition to our village. The range of cheeses and other goodies was great. I can see im going to spend a lot of money in there.

Just eaten the back pudding I bought from here imported from Scotland the tastiest ever I don't normally eat it and had half a slice husband had other pieces totally a taste sensation in my mouth will be back very soon for other goodies love my cheese

I visit here regularly to stock up on my cheese supplies! Always a fantastic selection and Gemma is really knowledgeable about each one and has suggestions and recommendations. Also a great selection of deli items, including lovely oils, crackers and snacks. Freshly baked local breads and homemade pate are particular favourites!

So pleased to see this shop come to the High Street. Yummy stuff and a good selection. Pleasant staff too.

This deli has just opened last Saturday (10th June) and is already a wow with the locals.
