What a great way to eat!!! It's all small, sharing type plates so you can try a wee bit of everything. Smashing negroni to wash it all down aswell. Lovely stuff.

Lovely hosts very accommodating excellent food very good coffee. Wearing masks dointg track and trace very clean.

After the mystery tour trying to find the tea shoppe, it was such a surprise that the quality of the food was SO good. We went because we had been recommended to go. Surroundings a bit bizarre and there are not many tables but it is excellent. Will definitely find an excuse to return. The ham lentil soup was delicious and the sandwich was amazing. All fresh - perfect. Could have shared a sandwich between us they were so big.

Estábamos en nuestro camino de vuelta a Escocia y pasamos por este camino, un poco de la ruta habitual. Buscando en línea en el mapa parecía que había muy poco en el camino de lugares para parar a comer algo y luego de repente encontramos la cafetería de la vieja escuela. Es un maravilloso hallazgo, le ofrecen un servicio a la zona y actúa como un centro para eventos sociales (por el calendario que juding se veía muy atractivo, pescado y patatas fritas y juegos de mesa o de una comida mexicana!). El servicio era muy amable y la comida era muy buena, tenemos la sopa de almendras con un sándwich. Hay juegos de mesa, revistas e incluso un bombín por si acaso son ciclismo! En el futuro me gustaría ser muy contentos de tomar el desvío a la carretera este a visitar de nuevo. Merece la pena quedarse en si estás en la zona.

Las razas locales y agricultores buffalo vende localmente. La hamburguesa van es una excelente relación calidad-precio. Si piensas que puedes gestionar dos rollos burger piense otra vez. Definitivamente es suficiente para satisfacer el apetito de cualquiera. Gran relación calidad-precio, con todos los productos frescos locales con una buena variedad de pastas.

Hoy he ido a este café por recomendación de mi compañera de trabajo. Me dijo lo buena que estaba la comida hace unas semanas. Tan pronto como entré me encontré con 2 señoras sonrientes. La cafetería estaba impecable y servía una variedad de platos. Pedí la hamburguesa de pollo picante con col casera y ajo mayo, ya que eso es lo que mi amigo recomendó. Hamburguesa de pollo era increíble y probablemente será mi ir a pedir un viernes por la tarde. Recomiendo encarecidamente ferry buena comida era personal encantador y excelente comida. Andy

For an italian restaurant 10 minute from Glasgow City centre, Food amazing and prices great for the portion size of all Food,staff are friendly and helpful, definitely worth a try

One of if not the best Sunday roast I’ve ever had! 3 courses under £20 too. The pate is the best I’ve had, I had lamb main and my partner had beef, both spot on. Perfectly sized portions leaving you full but not uncomfortable. Brilliant service in a Covid safe environment. Compliments to the chef!

Hi everyone booked for Sunday lunch very impressed with service the attention to detail was superb somebody split something it was cleaned up in seconds well trained staff as a chef l don't miss a thing lunch was beautiful plenty to eat well cooked at a good price deserts were nice gluten free options were good as well my partner is gf even got Yorkshire puddings with her dinner even the young waiting staff were well trained make me proud to be in catering keep it up the front of house staff never stopped well done all best place Dumfries Wayne Tracy brilliant we will be back for sure
