Das Chisholm ist das Hauptrestaurant des Hilton Caledonian Hotels Edinburgh und im Bereich des ehemaligen Bahnhofs belegen. Die Gerichte sind schottisch und eher einfach, werden aber ansprechend präsentiert und von guter Qualität. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und bietet auch Alternativen bei den Speisen und Getränken gern an. Man kann wahlweise im Restaurant oder der gemütlichen Bar speisen. Die Preise sind eher moderat und für dieses Niveau bietet das Chisholm eine sehr gute Leistung.

Der Afternoon tea war ein Ereignis. Ich glaube besser geht es nicht. Im Vorfeld habe ich die verschiedenen Angebote der großen Hotels in Edinburgh verglichen und mich schließlich für das Caledonian entschieden. Es war so reichlich, dass wir dachten nie wieder etwas essen zu können. Jedes einzelne Teil war köstlich. Man sitzt auch sehr schön im Tearoom mit seinem vornehm verstaubtem Ambiente. Eine Empfehlung!

17 Clerk StreetFantástico ambiente. Maravillosa selección de tés y tartas caseras, todas servidas en servicios de té antiguos que luego puede comprar si lo desea. De hecho, todo está a la venta a un precio negociable. Me encanta este lugar sin pretensiones escondido a pocos pasos del centro de la ciudad. Asegúrate de reservar. Uno de los mejores lugares de Edimburgo.

123 Glasgow RoadHave drank, ate and laughed here many times! Great bar with amazing staff and friendly banter. They show all the big sports, have karaoke and quizzes! Great shots menu so grab your friends for shots and shenanigans

15 Salisbury PlaceAMAZING!!! If you can get a table here (there are only 6) then you absolutely have got to go. The food was spectacular and the service was wonderfully personalised. The decor and atmosphere of the restaurant were perfect. Each course was beautifully well presented and prepared with great care. Everything was delicious. We had such a fantastic evening.
