Ordered from a set menu (three mains and starter) plus an additional main. After getting it home we discovered it was the wrong starter, one main was wrong and one main was missing. We contacted them who said we would get refunded for the main missing. No refund has been made!

Order from here on a regular bases food is great and portion sizes are definatly worth the prices, only criticism would be delivery can take a long tie not sure if this is because the business is busy or has a lack of drivers either way would deffo recommend giving this place a try.

Astonishing quality and service from start to finish. The staff are friendly and you can see they’re having fun - which always makes a difference. This place is flawless. We’ve tried the whole menu now and every single item is spot on. The chicken fillets, monkfish, special fish suppers and the CHIPS are amazing! The best thing about this place is the smooth and easy ordering of food which is always ready very quickly. Every bite is fresh and tasty - you need to visit soon! We’ve been reviewing eateries across the world since 1996. This is the best chippy we’ve ever visited, and we’ve refrained from an “early review” from when it opened. It is spot on!

Traveled down to Stranraer a few times on the A77, and with the current COVID Lock down, finding somewhere for a takeaway coffee and roll is pretty limited, with most cafe's shut. Simpsons on Maybole Main Street was open, and have stopped here a few times. Always sure of a good roll (I enjoy their cheese salad roll) whenever I have visited, though coffee not all that great. Good prices and staff are friendly enough.

Beacon on pizza taste like frozen too long some kind of meat, completely not eatable. Chicken burger doesn't contain chicken,it is some kind of tasteless substitute. Only the beef burger was tasty however size of the burger is like McDonalds burger.

Bueno, agradable que nos tomasen nota de madera para calentarse y hornallas propietarios parecían tener muy acogedor. Vistas al mar desde fuera, lo que hizo que mucho más especial

I recently ordered from here and I must admit I’m rather disappointed I ordered the beach burger which is a cheeseburger with chips and curry sauce the burger had very thick chewy fat bits inside it and hardly any chips for what you pay and the curry sauce was like water and was so watery it had absolutely no taste whatsoever! The tubs of curry were also half full when they arrived which I’ve been told of another customer hence why I bought 2 but both were half filled and watery. The delivery was over 1 hour and 30 minutes to the next town!! Then to get this after all that wait? I won’t be back again. £20 worth of food and it was a total waste of time and money!! The other burger we received seemed better but the hash browns were extremely soft/mushy.

They charge a high price for a burger which is not even on par with the major chains. There is a thin pattie, which was still pink in the middle, and a slice of 'plastic cheese' on a very sorry looking bun in crumpled tin foil. Despite cola being the same price on the menu if you have it in meal it is an extra 50p. Only 8p can be accounted for by the sugar tax, the rest is fleecing your customers. To make it worse can wasn't even cold. Only the friendly helpful girl that served me saved this from being a 1 star review.

Sadly this place has reverted to the quiet as the grave boozer that it used to be. The new owners started off with good intentions, selling great food and adding an IPA to the usual Tennent's and Fosters. Unfortunately the food service was cut to weekends and now doesn't seem to be being served at all. I wouldn't go in here again unless it was for food. They've closed one of the doors all the time, forcing you to enter via the bar and have the usual barflies stare at you as you walk past. Not very welcoming. It's a shame that this place has basically turned the clock back to the bad old days of the Glendale.
