Esteemed Management, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the accommodations provided during my recent stay at your hotel. I had the misfortune of booking a luxury room for a wedding, only to discover that it was in a deplorable condition. The room was not only filthy but also presented several safety hazards, including plug sockets hanging off the wall and a bathroom extractor fan held together with tape. Upon reporting these issues to the reception, I was offered an alternative room for the night, which unfortunately was not much of an improvement. Despite assurances that the maintenance team would address the problems and the room would undergo a thorough deep cleaning, neither of these promises was fulfilled. Upon returning to the original room, I was dismayed to find that the only cleaning that had been done was to half of the bathroom floor. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for the well-being of your guests is unacceptable. I feel strongly that the amount I paid for this room was not commensurate with the quality of the accommodations provided. The substandard conditions not only detracted from the enjoyment of my stay but also caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I have several photographs that clearly depict the state of the room, should you wish to review them. I trust that you will take appropriate action to rectify this situation and ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues. Fabulous dining experience, excellent customer service and great food! Visited on Saturday evening for the first time under the new management and thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant.

After my daughters experience last night, i went to the takeaway this evening & explained what happened. They were more than happy to rectify the issue & apologised for the misunderstanding.

This place no longer serves food which is a let down. It was empty as a result other than 2, 30something's still drunk shouting sectarian bile whilst being pandered to by the barmaid who was either on her phone of outside smoking! This used to be a great pub but seems it's just a place for yobs getting out their face now!

Just popped in here for breakfast and wasn't disappointed. The staff were lovely and so eas the food.id definitely return.

Ordered from a set menu (three mains and starter) plus an additional main. After getting it home we discovered it was the wrong starter, one main was wrong and one main was missing. We contacted them who said we would get refunded for the main missing. No refund has been made!
