Good Alternative to fast food restaurant. However, seems like every time I am in there what look like the two owners are always hovering over the staff. One always pinches chops and puts them into a drinks cup ... seems like a habit. However, the food is of course fast food but an alternative that is at least a current option to the normal range of fast foods available.

I got a cappuccino and I believe the milk was off as I was sick after drinking it and it was and smelt like of milk through the sick 😫 definitely off milk as I felt fine before it.

Great traditional Italian cafe. Clean and competitively priced. A good choice of menu from snacks, toasties and various hot and cold drinks Best of all was the lovely friendly staff Good to feel welcome and valued as a customer.

Haven't been to The Elms in years, I was actually at the Doctors surgery

We have visited here last year also and had to come back. The food is lovely, the surroundings are beautiful and the staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. There is a gift shop attached and the Highland cows nearby. Also there are the Jacobite cruises that leave from nearby.

Thought I'd try a special fish supper from here as my local favourite chip shop (Dominecos) has closed. The fish was a reasonable size but it wasn't in breadcrumbs more like thin batter the ends of the fish were too hard to eat and the chips were mostly the hard crispy ones, fine if that's what you like, I prefer fatter chips..so not a replacement chippy for me I'll just have to keep trying others to find one as good(in my opinion) as Dominecos.

Didn't get my food tonight. It was 2 hours late, didn't accept as it was luke warm. Extremely disappointed, as we are regularly customers. Probably won't be back now

Fantastic staff make you welcome

Last night my wife of 35 years phoned me in tears she was on a works night out one of the female door staff was rude and would not let my wife back into the albion bar stating she was to drunk .she wasn't that drunk when I picked her up if my wife got hurt last night it would be a different story.

Delivery man didn’t take code and can’t get order off my just eat and getting notifications from just eat my delivery is coming but I already have order

Visited here to have lunch with a friend, as celebrating my recent retirement, warm friendly,family orientated atmosphere. Food cooked to absolute perfection! Scallops. Were awesome . Chicken Balmoral with a superb sauce . Staff couldn't do enough for us, 5 stars from me,what an awesome experience,
