I have never been more appalled in my life, I ordered on just eat but no option to select a drink for a meal that says it comes with a drink , when I rang all I got was it doesn’t come with an option I’ll get what I get ! Absolutely disgusting n I don’t want the food now but unable to cancel without full pay

Ordered on machine, told to take ticket and take to member of staff although I had asked for table service, no ticket given, went to till no record with confirmation number I gave. Staff unhelpful, all at grill waiting for chickens to appear.
