Flames Takeaway in East Ayrshire

I have never been more appalled in my life, I ordered on just eat but no option to select a drink for a meal that says it comes with a drink , when I rang all I got was it doesn’t come with an option I’ll get what I get ! Absolutely disgusting n I don’t want the food now but unable to cancel without full pay

Couldn't get card machine to work so had to go to cashpoint and pay cash, meanwhile food was getting cold. Chips were awful and not hot enough to melt the cheese, pizza was barely luke warm even though he had scorched it while messing with the card machine. Really disappointed and definitely won't be back.

Horrible. Ordered a pizza wasn't cooked was all falling off was disgusting. Phoned and spoke to someone on phone and they didn't even care wasn't interested in helping or fixing problem. And yes I have ordered got a order from you last night

Needs closing down. My son was poisoned.

Ordered veggies and tuna pizza ,it was great! 😋 , i was surprised actually! They said it's going to take an hour , it was worth the wait , I'm going to order again .by the way it's Halal 🤩

The new takeaway (flames) is awesome ,everything is freshly made and the best thing is that they make everything at the front. Sure will be ordering from here again.

Excellent food,needs more than a lit doorway so people know its there

Half my order didn't come and when I phoned them about it they said it would be sent out again but they completely ignored it

Ordered a delivery around 1.30 today and it didn't appear till 2 hours later!

Bacon tattie scone roll one slice of bacon shocking chips with red sauce more like red vinegar waterd done to water won't be back disgusting

Second and last time ordering from this horrid place first time i ordered a full breakfast and coffee plus 2 roll and slice for my son, the square sausage was burnt to the point you could bounce it my breakfast was missing beans and toast and thought we will not be back tried again a few months later for the second time because other places were shut and i left instructions to call me before leaving so i am ready and to chap my door and leave it on the wall, waited over an hour past estimated time and heard nothing tried calling the shop but it rings out my son went too look and found our order plastering our door and both our coffee were spilt NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!

Freshly cooked food, real coffee beans all in shortlees.deliveries have been hot and that's ordering from new farm loch so the Caff gets my rating

Over 45 mins late food was cool and wrong

Waited 2 hours on delivery food was cold and most of the breakfast was burnt, give 1 star for the free cake we got that was the only good thing lol not be ordering again
