Worst Chinese I have ever had shouldn't be in business disgusting don't go there unless you want to lose money

First choice for takeaway in Kilmarnock. Had trouble ordering recently, can't find them online and I prefer to order via an app or website.

2 nights in a row delivery was over 3 hours to arrive, food was cold too bad

My favourite carryout in Kilmarnock. Good portions, well flavoured and a good solid selection of dishes. Never had a bad experience. It can be busy, but treat that as the good sign it really is.

I like the food but it’s the chicken and beef that doesn’t taste good I always have a five in one they need to fry the chicken and the beef

Waited 2.5 hours for one meal ,felt sorry for the delivery driver having to explain . Maybe should review what can be delivered realistically as opposed to just keep taking orders ! Need to manage people’s expectations and be realistic and not keeping taking orders of there is no staff . It’s a shame they don’t call customers to thank for order and explain the situation . Used for a long time but too many long delivery times in the last few orders , moving on !

So disappointing as we've always ordered from Ocean Tower and loved it. 2 hour wait tonight and every single thing burnt smelling and tasting 😩

We waited 2.5hrs for our takeaway tonight after working late. My partner phoned after placing our order online to ask for no onions in our meal as he is allergic. Our food came ofcourse with onions in it. As well as this, everything was reheat and bland. Prawn crackers were stale. I have tried to phone again and again and no answer. A full meal and money has went to waste. How disappointing.

Food was tasty and curry sauce amazing but portion sizes are shocking. The crispy shredded dishes are more like a small childs portion after you find the chicken amongst the 3/4 tray of veg. Prawn crackers were so stale as if they’d been left sitting out for a week.

Honestly the worst I have ever had, sweat and sour sauce was like treacle, rice and noodles had no flavour, salt and chilly mushroom’s taste like defrosted nonsense, surrounded by raw vegetables, even the prawn crackers weren’t cooked properly. “Spring rolls” were like some sort of Chinese batter mini log. In the interest of fairness the chicken balls were ok. The least said about the chips the better. Make sure you charge your watch before ordering and there’s something good to binge watch while waiting for delivery.

Really disappointed food normally good but this time everything was swimming in grease Chicken balls . chips and spring rolls . Only thing wasn’t was prawn crackers . Poor and won’t use again

Took ages to delivery even when give an hour wait time it was over an hour and 45 minutes then turned up with half the order when we phoned to tell them they said that was all we ordered. It was definitely not. We always get the same thing and considering our wee girl only eats chips it's insane to say we didn't order them. So stupid and terrible customer service.

Omelette arrived with no chips, chips arrived an hour later freezing. Will not be ordering from here again.

Place is a joke phoned got told 1hour 2 hours later still not turned up phoned bk said it was with driver 20 mins later phoned back and the customer service stinks gave my partner cheek and asked us to cancel order after waiting over 2 hours

Food always tasty and well cooked. Friendly staff. Great value for money. Best ribs in town.

Food arrived on time and was warm something for everyone's taste. Satay sauce was really spicy

Had to call back first time order was frozen and undercooked second time found bones in curry and not just one but two

ordered via Just eat with delivery 2020 to 2050- 2100 hrs not arrived =2115 requested txt back with delivery update = No response called 20mins later and advised - still awaiting a delivery driver . 2200hrs order recd - 2hrs wait is poor and lack of communication also poor - will not order from here again

Ordered at 7.30pm on a Tuesday, told it would be around an hour. Its now 9.50pm and still no sign of it. Have called twice, first time they told me the driver had tried and we didn't answer (this was a lie). 2nd time they told us they didn't have enough drivers. This is the 2nd time this has happened, we won't be ordering again. Its a shame, as the food itself was lovely last time

Ordered a beef curry and chips, the beef was like rubber and the chips were back heat....nvr again 🤮

Went in for sweet n sour meal chicken under cooked peppers not cooked and onions were still raw won't be eating hear again 🤢🤢🤮

***Review update*** No longer as good as it used to be, portion sizes have drastically shrunk, prices have increased & sadly there have been a couple of occasions recently where chicken dishes have been undercooked

Love their chow mein and they have the best spring rolls in town! Excellent chinese - piping hot and always friendly staff.

Great food and very generous portion

Have used this take away for many years, last two (yes I have them another chance) have been terrible. Microwaved soaking wet crispy duck and prawns that my Gran might have seen in her lifetime. Sadly will not be back.

Worst chicken curry I've ever had from a takeaway. Utter slop.

This place has gone down hill , Use to be really good but I’m afraid the last few times I have been let down. , I felt my Carryout was more like leftovers. tonite , Won’t be back again

Delivery quick ...food tastes good had a 4 in 1could do with a wee bit more sauce other than that spot on

Worst curry i have ever had 5 bones in the curry and the chicken if that is what is was ,was very poor quality...Will not be returning.

popped in here while working about 30 minutes before closing. staff were rude and unhelpful. wouldn't make what we wanted because it would take too long. settled for a rather bland sweet n sour chicken. won't be back

Food is always fantastic!! Never had a bad meal. The staff are always friendly. Definitely the best takeaway shop in Ayrshire.

First time trying the place. Defo a five star job, when asking about kung po crispy shredded chicken, got the impression its not something they normally do but yet done it for me anyway, kudos for that. Portion and the quality was spot on and delivery sharp 👌
