Overall the food is good but their chips are not too great. The chips feel either under cooked or just taste soggy compaired to other places.

I go to Grub at least once a week as the food is always freshly prepared , loads of home cooking and tons of choice The girls running the restraunt are so friendly and helpful Oh yea and did I mention the McnCheese is awesome

Just had lunch at the Black Dog today, not been here in years, the food was great, service was great, locals friendly. Luna (dog) made new friends with the food tips, and attention she received.

Good value and conveniently close to Aberdeen but with benefit of easy free parking outside. Room spacious with comfy bed; hot drink making facilities with more refills available at reception; shower pressure a bit low and water was hot but could have been a bit hotter. Pleasant receptionist at arrival but no one on desk when we left (key drop available). Breakfast available next door, book in advance £10.99 pp or you can just walk in on the day but it could be busy.

Chicken fried rice was excellent & they took out the egg for me as I can’t have it. Will definitely go there again. Brilliant!

Ordered at 4:15 with pre order delivery time of 6pm. Over an hour later, no sign of our food

Excelente comida, así que realmente se debe dar un 5 , pero el servicio lo decepcionó! Reservado con antelación para 9 comensales, llegó pero solo suficientes sillas para 7 , no es un mayor pero bajó más a medida que transcurría la noche. El pedido de bebidas no se cumplió solo obtuvo 3 / 9 bebidas! Finalmente se puso orden para nuestra comida, gran comida, pero no lo que pedimos! Llegó el pato, sin tortitas, salsa o ensalada. . . . . . . Luego llegaron las tortitas, todavía sin salsa ni ensalada, media hora después cuando el pato estaba frío... El plato principal vino pero de nuevo fue un chapuzón de suerte ya que lo que se pidió no fue lo que salió, de nuevo muy sabroso y bueno para probar nuevos platos, pero no sabría qué pedir de nuevo! Verdadera lástima como primera visita después de un recomendación, volvería a ir como comida muy buena pero 0 para el servicio.

Solía ser el mejor chino y yo iba al menos una vez a la semana, pero la calidad ha bajado lentamente hasta el punto de que ya casi no pido desde aquí. Antes era imposible contactar por teléfono, ahora es bastante fácil, lo que es una señal de que no soy el único que se ha dado cuenta. Muy decepcionante, ya que ninguna de las otras comidas chinas para llevar son muy buenas tampoco - más negocios para las tiendas de Fish and Chips!

Finally a good Chinese takeaway in Aberdeen. Decent quality ingredients, quick and a fair price. Friendly service. Have been a few times now and will go again.

Waited forever for two standard fish suppers. £21.60?? Wasn’t worth waiting for. Soft soggy undercooked batter, and BONES, in a fish fillet?? Overpriced rubbish, and young staff who hadn’t a clue what they were doing

Local pub, with very friendly staff, happy to help and always provide good service. Michelle always greets us well snd remembers our drinks. Usually go 2-3 times a month. Would love to see the toilets painted/ decorated, and lounge area given a wee lift,suggest tiny flower pots on tables, tealight candles. Lounge area could also,I think accommodate a few more tables.

Our local Pizza offering delivery. To get the best value for money use the deal options otherwise it can be expensive. A small delivery charge is made which doesn't break the bank. Food is good and worth a shout.
