Soy Cook in Aberdeen City

Have never had a disappointing meal from Soy Cook. Everything is always fresh, hot and delicious...and arrives at my door in SUPERQUICK time!!! Amazing. Well done to the team there.

Ordered food, and was given the wrong order completely! Got verbally abused from the deliverer. So phoned the takeaway, who said they would send us the food again for free. However spent 20 minutes on the phone telling me that this was my fault, that I magically changed the food in the bag! Didn’t believe me so much that I had to send them a photo of the food I actually got! I get a phone call to say the deliverer was outside. On way out to meet them, the takeaway contact me again saying they won’t be giving me the food at all, as the food I received was not from their restaurant, but another! Whilst on phone to me, I got abuse. And they even got someone else on background to phone deliverer, to get them not give me the food and to drive off!! No food that I can eat, no refund, and to get the blame when they are at fault!! Disgrace!!! Do not bother ordering from here!!

My partner and I regularly use this takeaway. It has an open kitchen and quality food. Also quick service. I find it bizarre that most Chinese takeaways do not have tofu on their menu, but Soy Cook does and it's delicious. Big chunks of soft but still chewy tofu in whatever sauce you want. Best tofu I've ever had. Can't remember what my partner usually has but he is also happy with the food and service

Prawn Sechuan What a Joke the service was quick 5mins, After you ordering, prawn sechuan was very spicey which they never ask about They through every park of chillies & the seeds & chilli flakes,into the sauce the chips were reheats and hard just like the Prawns like rubber bullets? And the rice is cooked i believe in the morn and left in a pot when served it's lie glue all stuck together the chicken is big square chunks like Lego blocks, Avoid at all cost not worth a the money preheated food,

Not impressed with this dish at their takeaway. As you can see by my photo there isn't sauce to be seen. And very little chicken or vegetables. I may as well go home and cook a meal that Im happy with.

First went here about a year ago, couldn’t rate it highly enough however over the last few months it seems to have drastically went down hill, ordered king prawn fried rice & the prawns were absolutely disgusting, sure they were about to go off! Their salt & pepper chips are hit & miss too. May try this place once more...

Ordered from Soy cook countless times and every time the food is brilliant, decent portions, not too expensive and always ready very quick! Definitely the best Chinese in Aberdeen in my opinion! Would highly recommend to anyone!

This takeaway sells high quality food and it is really tasty and appetising,the take away is really hygienic and the staff is very kind .The price for the food they sell isn’t that bad. Definitely going back for another meal sometime soon

Decided to give this place a go after reading the rave reviews. Hoping that they served REAL chicken, plumped for a chicken fried rice, and yep, got processed cheap chicken. Yuck....

Got the happy meal for £7.50 again. Such good value and really tasty. Highly recommend the honey chilli chicken.

After our usual Chinese takeaway changed hands (not in a good way), we tried multiple takeaways around Aberdeen before we found this gem of a place. The food is consistently cooked to a high standard and when my husband goes to pick up our order, even the chef comments that he hopes we enjoy our food !! It is a clean, friendly staffed place and I highly recommend it. They do deliver, but as we have always picked it up, I could not comment on the delivery service. I was searching for a takeaway that did satay chicken without the peanut sauce but I think I will just have to live without it as we have now found the only Chinese takeaway we will use in future.

Great find while looking for a quick and easy meal during a work trip to Aberdeen .Salt and Pepper Chicken was one of the best Ive ever had and great value too with rice included. Will definately go back next time I'm up

Been to a few takeaways in Aberdeen this is by far the cleanest and best I’ve been to top notch grub and cheap.

My experience at soy cook was super its a clean take away with lovely helpful staff. me and my boyfriends new favourite chinese. we have so far had for starter salt and pepper chicken which was delicious and cooked just to are liking not at all rubbery cooked to perfection along with there smoked corn chicken and salt and pepper ribs all portions were big and full for reasonable price for mains i have had chicken fried rice which was fried nicely and cooked well again great portions along with a chicken curry lots of chicken which was great. all good cuts of meat are being used in dishes aswel defo recommend.

The Chinese cook cooks really well!!!! We usually order the beef fried rice, beef fried noodles and chicken fried noodles. If you prefer spicy food, you can let them add chili into your dish. The only one disadvantage is that it's open just after 12:00 at noon

Looking for a takeaway meals on a lazy night and found this pretty little shop located at School Road. Very clean opened plan kitchen, was a nice experience to watch the chef preparing and cooking the foods. The price was reasonable, big portion of barbecue...
