All dishes were very tasty especially the sea salt beef and the Singapore noodles. Will definitely order again.

I always found Fantasy Wok fantastic, so was slightly disappointed to find the same location is now trading under a different brand. Contrary to my previous experience, the order process was chaotic (I couldn't get JustEat to work) and when I phoned the order in the service could scarcely have been any worse. Attitude cursory, peremptory and rude. I had to press the person concerned for when I would be likely to receive my order. We'll see what it's like when it arrives (if it does.) Either way, I won't use this place again

Food was OK but delivery was all most an hour late. Was due to be with me at 7:10 and didn’t arrive until 8pm. Poor delivery service

Our order came and the food was not nice at all. I've ordered from here a few times and always been excellent. Not today though. I don't know if you have a new cook but the food was bland and had a weird taste. Resulting in the whole order having to be binned.

Totally dissatisfied on this occasion. Food was way below normal standard. Crispy chilli chicken, inedible. Very bitter taste, not good at all. Wontons, again inedible, they were so greasy. Salt and chilli shredded chicken, again not nice at all, very chewy and also had a bitter taste. BBQ sauce was also totally off the mark, normally a thick, rich sauce - it tasted like it had been watered down. Really disappointed, I travel a 25 mile round trip to come and get this for a treat for my family. This has been the only place we’ve went to for the last year as it has in the past been exceptionally good, so sad that this experience was awful

We have eaten here before, however this time the food quality was really poor. Dishes chewy and two separate dishes were identical even though we ordered one chicken and one beef. We won’t be ordering from here again

All chicken dishes were too tough to eat

Curry sauce was missing from order so food was wasted can’t eat rice on its own Prawn toast soggy and spring rolls soft (advertised as pancake rolls) so a lot of waste

First time ordering with Just Eat and from Fantasy Wok, cannot fault food it was real nice however I was given a time of 1900 to 1920, i arrived home at 1900 to be told by the driver “I have been sitting here 15 minutes and was about to leave ur food on doorstep” Instant no TIP.

Shredded chilli beef and peking chicken were both very good. Will definitely be back 😋👏

Food great ... apart from the chips and past few times too.. not nice at all ..they must be reaheats and are horrible.. everything else spot on thou...

I have always enjoyed the service and food but was let down today. Not only have the prices increased (understandable with energy prices rising) but order was wrong and the quality was very poor, very disappointing.

The chicken chow mein was good. The other dishes were pretty poor. The chicken texture is questionable, chips soggy, lots of fat on bbq spare ribs.

The chips were not cooked , there was barely any sauce on the special fried rice. Was disappointed this time, prices have gone up quite a lot so expected quality to be the same .

Ordered set meal for 3 with mains of honey chilli chicken, beef in black bean, chicken satay and sweet and sour king prawn. Everything amazing. Delivered promptly. Highly recommend 👍

Food took over 2 hours to arrive. I called after an hour and a half for an update and was told it was with the driver. It arrived half an hour after. Food was warm, it was ok to eat but would have been nicer if it arrived hot. First time I’d ordered from and was disappointed.

Was told 8 for delivery came at 9! They didn’t seem to care when I called, food was really good though!

Some of the food was cold as it was even later than said & one of the meal’s was like it had been re-heated.

Ordered at 6pm arrived just before 9pm after 2 phone calls to the restaurant, VERY disappointed as the food is great but by the time it arrived nobody was that hungry anymore 🥺

Disgraceful service!… horribly late and no communication (tried calling continually but no answer) so ended up ordering elsewhere!! Food arrived 1.5 hours late, by which time we received food from a quality takeaway restaurant! Rude staff… bogging food… terrible service Never ever again!

Ordered at 6:30 pm, still not received it at 9:34 pm. I called the restaurant twice but just telling me they were sorry if my order was late because it was a problem with Just Eat delivery! Food arrived cold at 9:45pm.

Ordered Xmas eve for the first time, phoned a couple of times to chase up the order but the staff were so nice on the phone that it didn’t matter that it was late. Food was a 10/10 best Chinese we’ve had in ages. Thank you so much, will definitely be a regular order for us.

It was late delivery but, because of the weather circumstances, I marked it on time. The only mark off was I ordered meat pancake rolls but got veggie ones. Food was good but, if it had bee on time, would have been very good

Thai green curry/rice and prawn crackers a good solid meal.

Our previous order from Fantasy Wok was spot on, However, this time we felt very ripped off as my wife’s chicken fried rice dish which was supposed to be a main dish and had virtually no chicken in it. Very dissatisfied with this.

I clearly on the special notes asked for no veg in the curry. The curry came with veg including mushrooms which let’s face it hardly anyone wants in a curry. But more importantly I asked for no veg so have had to wade through the curry to find chicken and sauce with no veg in it.

Twice now it’s taken over more than an hour and a half for delivery. Far too long for a food delivery

Late delivery from just round the corner even though I ordered over 1 hour in advance. Quality of food was abysmal. Binned most of mine.

Food was very poor! Cold, soggy, chicken was like jelly! Was horrible!!!

Salt and chilli chicken was completely inedible, the rest was average at best. We don’t have much choice of Chinese deliveries where we are but I think we’d rather go without than waste money here again. Very disappointing!

First time in years I’ve been disappointed with food it was chewy and lacked any taste been going here for years and don’t live in Aberdeen but the travel was always worth it unfortunately not this time 😞

Food was below basic salt chilli chips had some chillis at bottom of box no salt nothing basic plain but soggy and special curry was cooked ok but sauce was thick and lumpy like it was made from a pack and microwaved

Food was delicious and piping hot. Courteous driver and no extra charge for delivery. Our new favourite . Only thing was we prefer medium size noodles not thin . Loved it.

Haven’t tried the food but I am really annoyed I just paid £30 for food to be told but they driver I have to pay an extra £1.50 because of where the food was delivered too!! This is an absolute disgrace I paid £4:50 for delivery!!!!! and if this is the case that you should STATE IT ON YOUR DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!!!

Food was great and still hot. Prices are good. Though driver tried to add an additional £1.50 delivery charge when I’d already paid £4.50 delivery! This was unexpected and should be accounted for in the online cost.

Ordered through just eat last week. Meal came slightly early but delivery guy very friendly and the meal hot on arrival. The price was very reasonable and the meal was delicious. Enough left over 4 lunch the following day. First time for order food from there. I certainly will be going back

Excellent service and great food

The chicken in the chicken curry was jelly/rubbery and not nice at all. The delivery driver asked for an extra £2 for delivery on top of the delivery charge already paid when ordered on just eat.

It was late a little bit but the delivery driver apologised straight away. The food though was perfect, a little on the cool side but that didn’t take away our enjoyment of it. My daughter who is very fussy was delighted with it. Thank you.
