Fantasy Wok in Aberdeen City

Ordered at 4:15 with pre order delivery time of 6pm. Over an hour later, no sign of our food

The driver was lovely polite man, but service was poor wasn’t spoke to very nicely when I called to ask where the order was. The lady gave me attitude when I queried where my order was

Sadly, the chicken dishes are bland with no flavours, find I need to add a lot of soy sauce. The sauces of late are runny, found them all over the bag. Barbecue ribs were swimming in a thin, tasteless gravy. I couldn't eat them. I shall no longer be ordering from this company. No prawn crackers were included, yet I spent over £30. I was given spring rolls with sweet n sour sauce, but the sauce was like jelly...tasteless.

Booked for 1915 but got a text at 1850 saying it was ready. Was at swimming with kids so couldn’t collect until 1915. Very minor issue and wouldn’t go anywhere else for Chinese food.

5 main courses with our order and not one of them very good at all. Used to highly recommend this takeaway but last few orders have had sub standard food so now won’t be returning

Terrible service! Shrug of the shoulder! Couldn’t be bothered that delivery was 2hrs late. Benefited from other places been closed. Go somewhere else!

Food is usually great but last two orders have had issues, the only reason that rating this order is down to health issues, one of my dishes stated a severe food allergy to mushrooms, guess what, the dish was full of them and had to be thrown out, the answer from Fantasy Wok, just claim a refund from Just eat, they have now been told that there will be no further orders, this was a dangerous error on their part

Took 2.5hrs for the delivery, no sauce with the starter

Not up to the usual standard. Fried rice was greasy with no soy sauce.

It was that late ended up ordering from sumwhere else and ended with 2 lots of orders so was pleasant when moneys tight as well, no order feed bsck or tex shocking set up from a normally good site

Honestly nothing good to say. Food arrived late which is never good but if the food was good it wouldn’t be so bad but nope the food was bad. Chips were soaked they had been in the bag that long. Beef was overcooked and chewy. Noodles were stuck together in clumps. Won’t be back here and would advise others not to.

Order was 40 mins late. Food was luke warm. Restaurant offered a free meal next time, but will not be ordering again as this is not the first time we have experienced this.

My prawn dish was so full of water. The beansprouts tasted of dirt like they hadn’t been washed. Very unimpressed tonight.

The food was cold and congealed by the time it got here so much so we didn’t eat it. I’ll not order from here again and would not recommend

Food was lovely, disappointed the special fried rice only had a minimum smear of the sauce ontop. Missing bottle iron bru.

Order of over £50. As stated on the app we expected to receive duck. Our order was missing 2 plain noodles. I called restaurant who offered no apology and said we will get the noodles when they can. Eventually got them to give estimate of about 20 minutes for delivery. Over an hour, i called again and was advised we will have the food soon. The person at end of phone was still offering no apology Eventually received the noodles a full hour and half since receiving initial order. Food quality was ok, nothing more I doubt we will use this take away again

Received a message saying food was on its way but an hour later it was delivered, the food was was look warm bordering on cold. This is the first time that this has happened but still not acceptable.

Was worried after reading some poor reviews, but honestly could not complain, delivered out to a rural area which is a bonus for me and delivery was early. Food was still hot when arrived and was tasty! Would definitely order again.

I always found Fantasy Wok fantastic, so was slightly disappointed to find the same location is now trading under a different brand. Contrary to my previous experience, the order process was chaotic (I couldn't get JustEat to work) and when I phoned the order in the service could scarcely have been any worse. Attitude cursory, peremptory and rude. I had to press the person concerned for when I would be likely to receive my order. We'll see what it's like when it arrives (if it does.) Either way, I won't use this place again

Our order came and the food was not nice at all. I've ordered from here a few times and always been excellent. Not today though. I don't know if you have a new cook but the food was bland and had a weird taste. Resulting in the whole order having to be binned.

Totally dissatisfied on this occasion. Food was way below normal standard. Crispy chilli chicken, inedible. Very bitter taste, not good at all. Wontons, again inedible, they were so greasy. Salt and chilli shredded chicken, again not nice at all, very chewy and also had a bitter taste. BBQ sauce was also totally off the mark, normally a thick, rich sauce - it tasted like it had been watered down. Really disappointed, I travel a 25 mile round trip to come and get this for a treat for my family. This has been the only place we’ve went to for the last year as it has in the past been exceptionally good, so sad that this experience was awful

First time ordering with Just Eat and from Fantasy Wok, cannot fault food it was real nice however I was given a time of 1900 to 1920, i arrived home at 1900 to be told by the driver “I have been sitting here 15 minutes and was about to leave ur food on doorstep” Instant no TIP.

Food great ... apart from the chips and past few times too.. not nice at all ..they must be reaheats and are horrible.. everything else spot on thou...

The chicken chow mein was good. The other dishes were pretty poor. The chicken texture is questionable, chips soggy, lots of fat on bbq spare ribs.

I have always enjoyed the service and food but was let down today. Not only have the prices increased (understandable with energy prices rising) but order was wrong and the quality was very poor, very disappointing.

The chips were not cooked , there was barely any sauce on the special fried rice. Was disappointed this time, prices have gone up quite a lot so expected quality to be the same .

Ordered set meal for 3 with mains of honey chilli chicken, beef in black bean, chicken satay and sweet and sour king prawn. Everything amazing. Delivered promptly. Highly recommend 👍

Food took over 2 hours to arrive. I called after an hour and a half for an update and was told it was with the driver. It arrived half an hour after. Food was warm, it was ok to eat but would have been nicer if it arrived hot. First time I’d ordered from and was disappointed.

Ordered at 6pm arrived just before 9pm after 2 phone calls to the restaurant, VERY disappointed as the food is great but by the time it arrived nobody was that hungry anymore 🥺

Thai green curry was a bit bland and not enough spice. Service was good though and delivery fast
