We stayed at Bridge of Don Prermier Inn with our granddaughter. We have stayed here several times in the past. The friendly staff and accommodation are first class. Our granddaughter left her favourite monkey when we left. When I called they had already put the monkey in the office, in anticipation of it being returned. We will return to this ideal location on the outskirts of the city, with a direct road to the centre.

Two stage review on this hotel. 1, Rooms were as expected, clean and perfectly functional. Tea, coffee, TV, etc all functional, so no clear issue with the room, other than we were only given 1 bath towel between 2 people, which was easily sorted by reception, so no big issue there. Also the location was perfect for our needs for this visit to Aberdeen. 2, There is an attached pub style building (called Table to Table), which also doubles as the Breakfast/Evening dinner venue. Although the area was pleasant, we popped in about 9.30pm for a quick Libations before bed & during our visit, the staff were preparing the Bar area for the morning service of breakfast, now I have no issue with venues being prepared, but I draw the line with large uncovered bowls of the morning cereals being put out on the bar at approx 21.50, I might add that in the area where the cereals were, there were around 15-20 patrons enjoying their Friday evening drinks, within 4-6 feet from the open to the air Cereal bowls!! I have to say, that after seeing this it prompted my wife & I to look at another source for breakfast, as I do not think that it is very hygienic having cereal open to the air for up to maybe 8-9 hours. (let alone whilst people are still in situ within arms reach of said cereal) Apart from that I enjoyed my pint🍻

Third time staying here, and the staff are lovely, free parking and pub and restaurant nxt door. Clean and comfortable disabled rooms, we had one with a low bath, but you can get wetrooms! reasonably priced for april and a good location to travel further out , so a great base! Julie, Paula, and serena were of great assistance when needing fresh towels, or just a friendly chat, so Thank-you for your hospitality ladies! See you again soon!

Inside this hotel is well maintained, and staff were friendly, though a long walk to some of the rooms. Free car park is always welcome. Outside looks very rundown especially the location on the very outskirts of the city. There's a small retail rark over the road with a few major chains, and a surprisingly good restaurant next door.

Good value and conveniently close to Aberdeen but with benefit of easy free parking outside. Room spacious with comfy bed; hot drink making facilities with more refills available at reception; shower pressure a bit low and water was hot but could have been a bit hotter. Pleasant receptionist at arrival but no one on desk when we left (key drop available). Breakfast available next door, book in advance £10.99 pp or you can just walk in on the day but it could be busy.

What you pay for is what you get. It's not expensive, but also the rooms are not that special. Extra payment of 2,5 pounds for a water bottle (vending machine) and it you want ok wifi, also and extra payment is requested of 5 pounds per 24 hours. Long time ago I needed to pay extra for Wifi. And only one towel! Depending on who you get behind the desk of they are helpful or not. Some just give you the key without breakfast info, others are more helpful. Beds are good, rooms are a little noisy.

Nice little hotel, beds were comfortable and it's situated pretty close to the city centre. The restaurant was good, decent value and the meals were well prepared and tasty. My only gripe with the whole place was I had a couple of caterpillars sharing the room, I wouldn't mind too much but they didn't offer to help pay the bill.

Well where to start , 2 nights of awful sleep and poor customer service. We had stayed in a family room , the temperature of the room was 25 degrees all the time, asked to change rooms got told they had no spare rooms , but they had a fan they would put in our room well when I tell you a rotisserie oven would have cooled the room down more hopefully you can get the picture. The moment we checked out the man on reception rushed to our room to check upon it , very strange and rude staff bar the one lady (didn’t catch her name) who allowed me back into the room as I had left my watch in there. The hotel its self whilst yes a bit old looking isn’t too bad in a good location with the pub/ restaurant next door and easy access to a home bargain & m&s over the road. 10 minutes drive to Aberdeen so ideal in that sense. Premier inn “Feedback” team won’t help with complaints hence this review now being placed. Make your own choice on this but I wouldn’t stay here again

We initially booked 3 nights and we had to move the next day to another hotel. The room was infested with BLACK MOULD, causing airways irritations. We are still to receive the refund for a not fit for purpose room. Pretty sure a health inspection would be glad to visit them.

Rooms tired and dated, think Steveie Wonder must have done the silicone work in the bathroom. Asked for room to be cleaned each day, and it never happened. Overall a poor experience and below the standard expected Premier Inns

My second favourite of all the premier inn I have used over the years. Location brilliant for onward travel north. Restaurant is always great value. Hotel staff are great too end service. Staff especially the Hungarian lady informative, always helpful asset to the team. Bonus here retail park with m&s home bargains and b&q just across the road and a short drive country park with a beach x

The front of house staff require a lesson in customer service/hospitality, complaints that we're made or problems highlighted, blame was shoved in the direction of the management/ owners, the staff wanted nothing to do with complaints whatsoever. The management/ owners are now concentrating on building hotels in the UAE so therefore no money is being invested in UK Premier Inn hotels at present (the exact words of the front of house staff) This was our 3rd and last time staying there, rooms not cleaned before we moved in, bathroom walls dirty, ony one set of towels for a couple, outside areas covered in litter, empty wine bottles, used condoms, litter bin at entrance to reception overflowing, broken gutters, buildings all green discoloured and covered in moss. The fluctuating prices I just don't get, 2 years ago it was £40 a night and now it us £90 a night, and that's without a breakfast, St the time there was nothing of great interest on in Aberdeen at the time of year to demand this price. We noticed the most of the guests were tradesmen and were probably happy with the accommodation due to the fact their employer was footing the bill.

I've used this hotel on numerous occasions, and in the past, it has been fine; standard Premier Inn, you know what you're getting... a decent sized room, a comfy bed, and a decidedly dodgy shower. The food varies from site to site but is your standard fare and okay for a couple of nights away. HOWEVER, on this occasion, Premier Inn have in their wisdom "upgraded" to a paperless meal booking system, which appears to work intermittently at best. On the two nights we stayed, my colleague and I on separate nights were told that although we had meal vouchers from our company, and they could see these on their system, we would have to pay for our meals and claim it back, because the hotel system would not talk to the restaurant system. To be fair to the hotel staff, they did try to fix the issue, although they admitted that they didn't really know how to. I should point out that on both occasions, the hotel manager did "eventually" fix the problem. However, my gripe is with the restaurant "Table Table" staff who had no interest, and simply put the problem onto their customer. It was clear that their system was at fault and would have been easy for them to have made a note of the room number and any meal purchased against it. And then sort it out at a later date..... just really poor. I for one will be avoiding Premier Inns for the foreseeable future. Hopefully they will sort out the gremlins. And, teach their staff some customer service. Rant over!

Hotel has obviously been recently refurbished which showed, all areas looking smart and attractive, excellent location in city centre and excellent value for money, would stay here again
