Ordered a sandwich platters for 15 people in total which cost around £47 which equated to half a roll each, we were feeding 15 hungry male who were doing a community project, ended up we had to go to Greggs to buy more food!

friendly staff and decent place if you like hostel bars, but sadly extremely disorganized… ordered a sharing fries platter and 45 minutes in I’m writing this review to pass the time as they still haven’t showed up.

Regrettably, this establishment fails to deliver on the promise of fresh, delectable doughnuts. Instead, patrons are met with stale offerings that linger from one day to the next, a disheartening practice that speaks volumes about the lack of concern for food quality and waste reduction. Moreover, the milkshakes, purported to be indulgent treats, are but a disappointing amalgamation of chocolate milk from a carton and ice. This is a meager attempt at justifying the exorbitant £7 price tag. It is a disservice to discerning customers seeking an authentic and satisfying dining experience.

It was unorganised and I was left waiting for 20 minutes for a bacon and egg roll the cafe is to busy with just delivery’s and not enough staff to get everything done I ended up just leaving without my food I asked how long it would be because I was in a rush and the girls said they were about to put it on but I couldn’t wait any longer.

I entered the shop and waited a long time to place my order. I asked for a wrap and a portion of potato crispers. I was told there weren't any wraps available. I then asked for wholemeal bread and the assistant produced a different bread, informing me in a very gruff manner that it was the only type of bread they had left (this was not that late in the day). Once my sandwich had been toasted I was asked what I wanted on it. I asked for lettuce, onion and olives. I was informed that there were no onions available. I got to the checkout and my sandwich was handed to me. I asked for my portion of potato crispers and was informed that there weren't any. I asked why I hadn't been told this when I placed my order, and just about had my head taken off by the young female on the till. She shouted at me "Because it wasn't me who served you!!" I was absolutely stunned by this. However, I attempted to pay for the food I had received only to find that the little madam had deducted my Subway points to pay for it, which I hadn't asked her to do and hadn't wanted to do. I wasn't offered a receipt and I was glowered at. It was honestly a disgrace. I made a formal complaint to the head office and received a response asking for more information. I responded and haven't heard a thing since, which shows how disinterested Subway are when it comes to customer service. I won't be back.

Went for lunch on my break, got shouted at by a small women with dark reddish hair shouting at us to get out the shop even though we were just getting our food ready as we knew we couldn’t sit in the actual shop, wouldn’t recommend unless u want to be verbally abused by staff

I went into Gregg's at Cameron Toll yesterday. I have a leg injury so sat at a table whilst my wife bought the food. The entire eating area looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The bins were overflowing and there was food and packaging all over the floor and on the tables. It was also unusual to see a dog in the eating area. My baguette was not fresh. The attraction of Gregg's to me is that the bread is usually fresh. Yesterday it was not. Also my wife had some sort of salad which she said was disgusting and I tasted a bit and have to say she was right. My experience of Gregg's is usually really positive, and I don't know what is going wrong at the branch at Cameron Toll. Maybe it's because it's in a down-market area and Gregg's think that quality does not matter when serving poor people. That is quite disrespectful.

El gerente es una vergüenza y no tiene aptitudes para la atención al cliente. Nunca he conocido a una persona grosera en toda mi vida
