The best restaurants in Newtownbreda Castlereagh South Eastern NI

Our order took 2 hours to arrive. The food was hot but the curries lacked flavour. Disappointing. Sadly this has now happened multiple times from this takeaway.

Pedí una comida para llevar para 6. 30 cuando la pareja debía regresar del trabajo. Llegó menos de 15 minutos después a las 5. 25 . Llamaron para decirles que era más de una hora antes y que la actitud era horrible. La comida cuando la comimos era horrible. Pakora que era como pollo picante y el curry más insípido que he probado. El baño con el poppadom era básicamente agua roja. Nunca más fue vil y se fue a la papelera. Siempre usamos otra comida para llevar y volveremos.

Staff were so friendly, chatty and helpful!! The food was really good and the price was reasonable. My fiancé is a wheelchair user and the baby changing table really gets in the way in the disabled bathroom so you might want to look at that. Our new favourite Chinese restaurant, we will definitely be back

RIP OFF. Ordered the 2 bacon cheeseburger meals for myself and the wife thinking it was a good deal. How wrong was I. The burgers were no bigger than the ones you can get in the savers menu in McDonald's. I also paid for chilli cheese bites which I didn't receive. So . £22 for 2 tiny burgers and a few chips. Which would of cost me a fiver in McDonald's. Ragin

Granola Bowl Granola topped with fruit compote, honey and served with Greek or coconut yoghurt (Vegan) This is what I ordered! What came was granola topped with coconut yogurt and honey. Sadly NOT fruit compote as advertised but spoonfuls of probably seedless raspberry jam……and not very nice jam at that! I ended up throwing half of this “granola bowl” out.

Delightfully grubby, dirty toilets but the coffee and service are good.

Real lack of awareness/prioritisation of the customer here (i.e. basic customer service or general politeness). Just left because I was queuing to be seated and after a couple of mins wait, a member of staff emerged from the kitchen, gave eye contact (so fully aware of people waiting), but no engagement, no apology or explanation for the wait or how long to expect to wait. Then they went back to kitchen just to fetch clean dishes. Then I stood and watched him start to put them away - so this is all more important than acknowledging new customers? Then another (seated) customer has asked him a question and I’ve left at that point. Bad customer service to the point of rudeness. Not a one off either: slow service and mistakes are common. Update: tried it again on a quiet Wednesday morning. Again totally ignored by staff. Walked out again.

Mi esposa me pidió la caja king apilador de barbacoa de tocino y luego lo conseguí en un envoltorio y lo tiré en una bolsa que era pequeña y devolví la comida y pregunté al gerente por qué una pequeña y declaró que era todo de un tamaño cuando claramente muestra TAMAÑO GRANDE Y el gerente lo contradice y fue una persona grosera y cuando lo mostré del menú del tablero y todavía argumentando que es de un tamaño y parecía una hamburguesa de queso doble de Macdonald's y era tan insultante y nunca volveré después de conducir 3 millas para devolver la comida que era un servicio patético cuidado con el personal de Forestside burger king y no escuche a los clientes.

Muy buena experiencia. El orden era correcto: la comida estaba caliente y fresca y las bebidas frías. Llegué a la puerta en 25 minutos después de realizar el pedido, y nuestro conductor de entrega se despidió amistosamente desde su automóvil.

Customer service really is appalling. I was actually quite shocked. Called in with my wife today for coffee. She ordered coffee, tea and two scones. When she asked for the scones to be heated, the lady taking the order (older lady with relatively short grey hair and glasses) visibly rolled her eyes and said out loud: 'for God's sake' 😂. Such a ridiculous response for a basic request. A colleague behind her actually overheard and stepped in saying it was no trouble. Not the type of experience you'd expect at M&S café, especially over such an innocuous request.

Great wee spot, call in often for a wee latte. Friendly atmosphere.

Have been a handful of times. It always disappoints. And has got worse. But clean at least. Compared to Cafe Nero which is really dirty. Wrong order given most of my visits. Thankfully I've no food allergies. Food ok. Coffee ok.
