Always go here as its the best burger king in my eyes for miles

Order was perfect with all items present, well prepared and still lovely and hot. The delivery driver was an absolute gentleman. 5 stars!

This place can be really busy given its location but generally the queues move quickly. The food is very nice and made very quickly, staff are usually really friendly and the place is always clean and tidy.

Asked for both royales plain with cheese. instructions were highlighted, no lettuce no mayo, not only that I left comments stating it, but one came with and one without...how? literally highlighted 3 times on the receipt.

Order was very quick and was warm could have been a little more warm than received

Food here at Burger King can't complain, always nice. What i would say is sitting in having a Burger King is nicer than taking away.

Been here a good few times, and every time I've been in the restaurant it has always very clean, the staff are always very quick and helpful and the food is always nice.

They don’t accept promotions from the app. Overpriced for the amount and quality of the food.

care was taken to make sure order was correct. this was evident in the receipt where they ticked everything off. food was not as hot as I'd expected but sometimes these things happen.

Very good place with friendly staff

Food was warm, but for the 2nd time the drink had split in the carrier so not only did I not get a full drink but the packaging was sodden too. Also the delivery driver decided to call me from his car so I had to go out to him to get it. Not a big deal except that I’ve an ankle injury and I’m not allowed to walk on it too much, not sure why he didn’t bring to the door?!

The food was cold, we had to microwave it. The delivery driver was very quick, so it was cold when it was given to him. Very disappointed in the quality of the burgers and fries. It's sad because it is usually very good.

Atmosphere is really very good and especially cleanliness of this restaurant is on top. The way of dealing to customer is very nice.

Good restaurant nice ambience and affordable menu. They have 2 vegetarian burgers. Vegetarian wopper is my favourite and also their cheese balls are must try 😋

Where do I start.. I placed an order expecting what I ordered to receive somebody else’s order. Phoned Burger King they where no help at all vary rude will not be ordering again!!!! Plus was left with a meal which went to the dogs vary bad service

Back to great form again. Everything on point, fresh as can be and with order notes looked after. Best BK and only one worth ordering from :)

I had got a double bacon cheeseburger and fries , the bacon was hard like it had been sitting out all day , the fries were so greasy the bag was wet and they were all over the place and cold , I got cheeseburger too that was stale and practically the same size as the double bacon cheeseburger

Food was piping hot and staff were very pleasant.

Easily, by a country mile, the best BK I've ever used. It's been that way for years. Whoever runs the franchise clearly takes immense pride in the place, and this shows in the cleanliness, food quality and quality of service. I wouldn't usually recommend a fast food outlet but this one I am happy to do so!!

To be honest, I'm not normally a big fan of fast food, but this was a good experience. Their international staff were polite, friendly and informed. The food was better than their competitors. All in all, I would choose Burger king again. Well done guys!

Wrong order chicken instead of beef

First Burger King in about 5 years. This location had great staff. Very friendly and flvery clean in every area. Staff even brought the order of to an elderly couple and then went to get them their condiments. Good drills but like many other gast food outlets, food is average and pricey. If your looking good service and friendly staff then this is the place to be!

'Go to window 1 sir'; waits at window one as labelled largely outside. Man frantically waves from window 2 to go there. Everytime this happens for last 2 years. I said to staff its labelled window 2 here a few times but no change. Window 1 is actually window 2. The food is poor value for money. The burgers seem slightly smaller than other burger kings. Chips are usually dry. Only an option if starving and willing to throw away cash.

Delivered on time and hot I have a happy kiddo.

Burger was nice apart from being a bit dry - loads of chips which were nice - no capri sun - diet coke instead of normal - i hate diet coke.

I usually get a decent meal from this branch but tonight’s meal has been appalling. Inedible in fact. Cold, rock hard, burnt chips that tasted like they’ve been sitting for 3 hours, burgers were cold. Simply not good enough. I used the drive -thru and I would have driven straight back round and through it at them if I had time. I had to be somewhere so was in too much of a rush to take the inedible food back into the branch. But I can tell you now, you’ve lost a good customer. What a waste of money getting a meal that was unfit to be eaten. Hungry and angry. Do not recommend.

Peppercorn loaded fries costing £2 were not sent. They sent regular fries instead. Please refund the difference

Order led two whopper meals and only received 1!! One was for me and one was for my child. The order wasn’t hard to do nor deliver! I’m fuming. What was the reason for this happening? Absolutely fk all, just pure laziness!!!

Sent wrong order... I spent over 30 pound just to receive a 16 pound order and burger king customer service is so unwilling to help they hung up on me and stopped answering the phone for simply asking how to get my order. I am now out 4 pound because they are only offering 27 pound refund. This 16 pound order now has to go in the bin cause no one likes the things that's arrived. Thanks so much!

Haven't been in here for a long time so called in today and I have to give credit where credit is due. The place was immaculate , never seen it look so clean, the staff were so helpful and also very pleasant. As each customer left the guy doing the cleaning was straight in there and cleaned every inch of the area. Definitely recommend.
