Four Star Pizza Dundonald in Castlereagh

Order came about 20 mins after i ordered it, and u could tell there was no effort put into that food. Was a big waste of money, £31 off it and the pizza was just grim. Didn’t even have a base. Normally like four star but i will never be ordering off here again as it’s a waste of money.

Did not receive our drinks, pizza was cold. Not good enough

Half of the pizza wasn’t cooked, so between two people we could only have half as it was undercooked

the delivery driver was amazing and polite. I can't remember his name but he had a man bun and looked like aquaman.

The "viking" delivery man was extremely polite and friendly. The food arrived piping hot and was delicious 😋! 10/10 never disappointed with 4 Star Dundonald 🌟 🤩

RIGHT! I HAVE JUST BEEN INSIDE THE DUNDONALD BRANCH AND I AM OUTRAGED, I ORDERED A LARGE PIZZA WITH THE HOUSE SPECIAL SAUCE NOT REALISING THE HOUSES SPECIAL SAUCE WAS THE HEAD CHEFS MAN MUCK! I’ll say it again! OUTRAGED! I thought house sauce was the same as the kebab shop that like brown weird stuff but instead I got the chefs babies all over my pizza, The fekking pizza look like it and done a 3 months climb and descent of Mount Everest (snow is white, so was my pizza) I WILL NOT BE BACK! Well maybe I’ll be back on a Friday night but never again on a god forsaken Monday! Thank you for listening God Bless. X

It's always quiet, but I think that's because they do more deliveries. But you can't beat there pizza's

5 stars for 4 Star Pizza Dundonald! Absolutely delicious Pepperoni pizza that the manager very kindly delivered to the Ulster Hospital to me and my Ambulance crew mate free of charge. Honestly so grateful for this kind gesture. Best night shift treat ever! 🍕 🍕 🍕

small pizza was sold and was for my son who could even bite threw it sadly disappointed, ordered 2 liters of Fanta as we where having a family dinner but was given 2 tins rang and was told it would be out asap, we had finished dinner and 50mins later they arrived. garlic bread was burnt and very disappointing. the other pizzas where lovely, shame about the rest

The pizza was so undercooked un eatable and freezing dough balls were burnt really disappointed as I get out of here quite a lot has put me off ordering again

Very nice pizza and garlic bread but on top of my own order I also got someone else’s pizza. Tried calling but the line cut off after 2 or 3 rings. Worst part is it’s a chicken pizza and I’m vegetarian 😂

Had to phone and they said it had already been delivered when it hadn’t.. then waited over an hour extra and the order was wrong

This was the worst smelling pizza I have ever had... Why does your pepperoni smell horrible? Was inedible due to the smell alone. I thought my pup had done her business in the house at first...

Order took 2.5 hours from time of payment. When it did arrive it was overdone and cold.

First time ordering, delivery was 30 minutes over the estimated time, ordered twister fries which paid £4.50 for and barely got any in the box, missing dips, pizza not cut properly, very disappointing after waiting so long for the food!

The delivery guy got lost. Guy in store was helpful tbf, but when the food arrived it was really poor.

Asked for red peppers and was given green instead, just take it off the menu rather than let people order it. Also picked to get coke as a drink and was given Coke Zero..

Food came cold, none of them had there dips except the pizza. Very unhappy

Accidentally hit collection but guy on the phone sorted it. Pizza was great as always. Thanks guys!

Ordered a delivery arrived 2 and a half hours late was told we would get some freebies for understanding. Order came missing parts of it and no freebies contact shop for driver to me contacted and missing otem arrives 1hr after pizzas and still no freebies plus the missing item was freezing and had to be put in bin ....disgraceful when you pay 26.50 for an order never again will i order from here

Went to four star in Dundonald and thr service was exceptional. Fella Stephen has such a great way with customers despite it being extremely busy. Food was absolutely too. I'll be back next week.

Didn’t have something that I ordered but called and arranged a good alternative, very happy with the service.

Food was ordered at 18.49 with a delivery time between 19.35-19.55 and still didn’t arrive untill 20.25 cold and inedible

Pizza was lovely, not the warmest and was 30 mins late but I understand yous were busy. I had paid for dips and didn't receive any.

Great pizza and some fantastic meal deals

Was phoned by Four Star after ordering advising that tomatoes weren’t available as topping anymore for Cajun Chicken Delux pizza I ordered, offered another topping instead. I didn’t want another topping but I had ordered peppers as an additional so they comped that instead. Very happy with that and that they phoned me straight away to explain the situation. Order arrived right on time too.

i ordered white chocolate cookies instead of milk chocolate

The quality from this store has gone severely downhill recently. Quality of the staff is clearly lacking. After messing up our order, they then take another 45 mins to ‘fix’ the order and still mucked it up the second time! Gave up in the end.

Took nearly two hours for delivery when delivery came the food was freezing. Delivery driver then tried to tell me he didn't have any change with him and tried to walk away with my change. Ended up telling him to take the cold food with him and give me my money back

Not great, staff need a personality transplant, or find a new job that doesn't involve meeting & greeting people. Lol. Pizza's aren't great for the price they charge.

Went to dundonald four star pizza today 3rd June 23 and the wee fella who served us was amazing. Very jolly, well mannered and extremely helpful, couldn't do enough for us. An absolute gem, four star should be very proud to have him. Would highly recommend, pizza was amazing as always.😁

Went in at lunch time today for the pizza deal the two guys were very friendly and had me sorted in no time even threw a few wings in 10/10 for service and food

Called the restaurant, and I was told that they had tried to deliver the food. However, I did not hear a knock on the door. Although when it was delivered, the driver that was sent afterwards did seem like he tried to get here ASAP

Offer on Sunday is good and we ordered 2 x monster, one margarita and one 'Feed the Meater', plus 2 x garlic breads. I felt the margarita and the breads were dry and had no flavour and i might as well have eaten the box it came in, tbh. The meat pizza went down well, so the toppings must have helped. There are much tastier pizzas out there.

very upset with four star pizza in dundonald i ordered three mini pizza's and all three of us got food poisioning from it.

Delivery driver tried to walk away with my change then laughed when I asked for the change and also didn’t give me the correct change.

The delivery was actually wrong the first time, a pizza missing and wrong side, but the restaurant was super quick to rectify and send out the correct side and pizza. Pleased with the service. Food was delicious as usual.

Wrote on the note “With extra love please, one of us is not well.” Pizzas came with a note saying “Get well soon :(“ and it made our night. Food was great and delivery man was nice too. A REALLY SWEET EXPERIENCE, great food and very reliable. 10/5.

Oh dear, oh dear. How disappointed I was. My only quiet night of the week to watch the football, I decide to order a pizza for tea. Used “just eat” to ask four star in Dundonald to send me an inferno, dripping with toppings! I was ready for this. What came? A garlic flatbread from Asda down the road, sprinkled in salt and Parmesan dust. You’d get better dust in a pub. Called the restaurant and as polite the exchange was, he couldn’t understand why such a shoddy and unpleasantly presented pizza left the establishment. Where is the quality control? Been promised another one is on its way but who can I trust now. Sad all round despite what they say. Another ruined tea. Sad, two stars

The Cajun wedges were soggy and cinnamon flavoured. My brain was so confused. The cheesy garlic baguette was a spiritual experience. Incredible.

I ordered a sub, it was really burnt and there was hardly any filling at all, I’d say there was only a third of what filling there should have been. It was terrible quality. The Cooke’s were lovely, if only they put the same effort into their main meals.
