Called in today for a coffee with a friend. What an absolute gem of a little quiet coffee shop. Atmosphere was lovely - great music in background (Good Alexa tunes is all you need!). Very ‘hygge’ ambience. Just checked out their Facebook page and they do foodie candlelight evenings which look bliss. Such a relaxed ambience, delicious carrot cake and very relaxed staff. Definitely my new coffee shop. Love it !! Looking forward to my next visit

I would regularly come for my lunch to quails and have never been disappointed yet. The sandwiches Panini is wraps, Toasties quiche, et cetera are always extremely fresh and very well presented. I always enjoy getting the little side salads with my meal and I really enjoyed this service that I get off, so the staff are fantastic and I could never afford anything about them at all. I always enjoy my meals in quails and the coffee is always fantastic also with refills and it is always piping hot I always enjoy my time are quails and I will definitely be back. Ryan McCartney

Excellent service, food and value for money! It was my first visit but I’ll be back and would recommend it. If you are in the area, give it a try!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jinglers in Banbridge is hands down one of the best dining experiences I've ever had! From the moment we walked in, the staff—Clare, Emma, Chris, Stephen, and the rest of the amazing team—were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Their passion for exceptional service truly shines through, and the warm, family-like atmosphere makes you feel as though you’re dining at home with loved ones. The restaurant also has a romantic feel to it—perfect for a special date night or an intimate evening out. The cozy ambiance, paired with the incredible food, sets the stage for unforgettable moments. Now, onto the food—absolutely phenomenal! The steak on the stone was not just a meal, but an experience. Cooked to perfection right in front of you, it was juicy, flavorful, and simply unforgettable. And let’s talk about the sticky toffee pudding... WOW! It's quite literally to die for—soft, rich, and paired with the most indulgent sauce and ice cream. Each bite was pure heaven. And if you ask for a ricky sticky, you will get your plate full of extra sauce..😋 Jinglers has mastered the balance of being cozy, romantic, and vibrant, making it perfect for any occasion. If you're anywhere near Banbridge, make Jinglers a must-visit spot. You won’t regret it! 🌟

Had a family meal here and have to say the food was absolutely delicious, every last bit was finished. They had some live music also which was really good. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll be in for the salt and chilli chicken again for sure!

great food but the woman on the till was horrible to the hard working staff. just rude and rash- no need for it and very loud infront of customers. i get it’s stressful and it was very busy but it pays to be kind.

On arrival we were greeted by the owner and made to feel so welcome. He made a point of even welcoming our service dog as well. The establishment is spotlessly clean and the decor is beautiful. The food is pure heaven and the servers are so friendly. Any allergies are noted and food adapted to your needs. Overall a really great dining experience and will definitely return.

I've been going to Wong Lee for as long as I can remember, The cooking and service team have always been excellent. I've always said that great food is always worth the wait; if you don't want to wait, I recommend you phone your order in and allow time for it to be prepared as it is a constantly busy establishment. Food, staff & value for money has always been great :)

Bad service. Mediocre food. I Was here twice before when it first opened and loved it was so so shocked at the downhill spiral since. The food was so unique and original in Banbridge, and had potential to be a real star. But since last year there has been no clear directive as to what this place is actually trying to be. I follow this place on social media platforms and they post maybe once every other week, basically no presence whatso ever. And when they do post it's in regards to another change in direction. Are you a fine dinning restaurant, are you a burger joint, are you a lunch/brunch joint, are you a café for afternoon tea? Now I know hospitality is suffering right now but don't just try anything and everything that comes to mind to save the place TRY ADVERTISING, TRY EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! That's the main problems. No consistency in opening times (completely different on google and website, and changes every other week for some reason). a friend arrived 2 weeks ago to try lunch only to be met at the door by staff from down stairs to be told they don't open lunch anymore as no one came. Not a great first impression. No evident customer service effort! Obviously the owner has no idea what they're doing but really need to wake up before it's too late!

Best fish and chips in Banbridge and surrounding area. Always a queue which indicates other people think the same. The portions are adequate.

This is a take away, telephone staff and delivery staff very nice. Very happy with anything I've got from here, good portions sizes and reasonable prices for food and delivery, would order from China Palace a couple of times a month. After my first delivery, my address stored in their system, which is handy. Would highly recommend.

Ordered last night for the first in a long time for a family birthday dinner. What a disappointment. The new thick chips were really undercooked and hard, the chicken was overcooked and hard to chew. The curry sauce my son had was like dry paste which he couldn't eat because it stuck in his mouth and my other son had a mini kebab meal full of bones. Burger bap actually broke into pieces when it was lifted out of the box. Most of the £40 food went into the bin. The girls working did not work well together, actually fighting in front of myself and the kids about what burgers were ready and what was done in our order (the only people in the shop and the only order to prepare so I don't understand why it was so difficult). I was asked to start with if we wanted salt and vinegar on the first item made (almost 10 minutes before anything else was bagged), and then even though we said no to the first one it stopped mattering and they were put on everything else. They needed to read our order an insane amount of times and still couldn't remember what it was to get it right when talking to eachother. The girls were as polite as possible but they just shouldn't be serving food or working together. Used to be 5*, absolutely not any more.
