This is simply one of the best Chip Shops in the area. Their battered fish, sausages, pies, burgers are all fantastic. Definitely worth a visit if your looking for a traditional Chippy

The Florentine has gorgeous food and brilliant value for money. You can phone your order in or order at counter, pay with cash or debit card. It is always busy so this will tell you how good their food is, definitely give it a go its worth every penny. There's parking outside and wheelchair ramp and stairs into the shop

Excellent tasting chips, but when busy you can get variations in portion size...sometimes in your favour, sometimes not! Thats life i suppose... Ordering system comes across a little chaotic at times, but when you get your food its hot and good!

Usually very good but sat tonight for approx 40 minutes after ordering and not one member of staff even noticed. About 40-50 people came and went before I had to go up and ask for a refund. Absolutely shocking stuff

Just ordered a KFC chicken burger over done... the chicken is dry much to my surprise but sure I won't be back there'for a burger.

Don’t bother food just chucked together not what was ordered made when charging with cheese n onions guess what came no onions or cheese fairly gone down hill no pride in there presentation of food

Solid food. Fish and chips was nice a crispy and the fillet burger hit the spot. I have also been informed that their gravy is the best in town.

Best battered sausage supper around

If you want fish and chips do not ask for cod. It resembles a breaded goldfish in size. I assumed cod was the better option. I was wrong. Also a small chip is what they call a half chip. Think kids portions and then halve that again. I’m heading out shortly for more food. Starving!

I've never recieved such terrible customer service as i just did with the florentine, apparently the taxi company that THEY ordered to pick up the food cancelled the food order on my behalf. That is the biggest load of nonsense i've ever heard. I was speaking to what sounded like a young woman who didn't know what to do so i asked to speak to someone else. A man spoke to me when i asked what was going on he just went quiet and refused to give a straight answer, i assume he was stoned or something from the slow and weird way he responded it was really REALLY weird. I spoke to the person in charge that night and they said the taxi drove past where i worked and said it was closed, so according to these people the taxi they called (50 minutes after the order was placed) cancelled MY order for me? What are they talking about? This is the weirdest interaction i've ever had when ordering food. Also it apparently takes them 50 minutes to even call a company to do a delivery? What? I've been using this chippy for years. I will never use it again.

Absolutely beautiful and very reasonable. Enjoyed every mouthful. Staff were really busy and the young lady on the till always had a smile. While I was there.

Only one reason they didn't receive full 5 stars was the evening I called I couldn't get a park near it except across the road they were so busy must have waited 15 minutes to receive order, totally bunged inside people wear waiting outside when I arrived. Otherwise all was fine and still reasonably priced.

Good place for food with a friendly atmosphere

If I was a child and wanted a chip and gravy and got it in a burger tub that would be fine, but for the normal portion to be in a burger tub. What would you get it in if able ask for a small chip and gravy........ An egg cup? Need make myself something at home now after that. The point in getting a takeaway because you choose at Thst time not to cook.

Very busy.fish was perfect but chips a little underdone for me.rang in order and was told 10 mins,but it was 25 mins before my order was ready.this was 7 months ago and I'm editing now.don't waste time and money.fish and chips were stuffed into a little bag.the fish when the batter was removed resembled emulsion paint and the chips were soggy and the taste of oil lingered in my mouth.disgusting.will never frequent this place again.if I could I would give "minus star"rating.

Absolutely disappointing and disgusting paid 16pound and the gravy tasted like curry the chicken 'fillet' burger was Iceland cheapest thru into chip pan. Dont even serve bacon , not friendly at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. Will never be back dont waste your money people be warned. This place needs closed down! Dont see why there is so much good reviews maybe Banbridge doesn't know good food.
