Went in for a Sunday roast with my mate jack peters and beef was really dry, my carrots were to soggy Jack was fuming about his carrots

Summer here so opted for cheese & bacon quiche with salad& chips instead of new potatoes. Look at the size of that plate full and great value for money nearly all meals at £8 or under.

We stayed for bed and breakfast here. The house is in a beautiful peaceful setting overlooking meadows. Hosts very friendly. Comfortable bedroom. The TV reception is scrambled and there is no phone signal - so I would recommend enabling WiFi calling on your phone and bring a book 😃

Called in this café again as we had been before, and i am pleased to say that both standards and service have not declined i had the big breakfast the wife had the meatball pasta and a sausage for the dog . Would highly recommend this café to anyone for both food and value

Only popped in for a coffee but will be back for food. Spotless friendly and a quirky little place for lunch or coffee. Coffee was perfect for me

A really good, clean cafe attached to a care home and sheltered housing. A good range on the menu with friendly staff. Our dog was welcomed and a free doggy sausage provided.

The Beacon used to be amazing when it was run by Paul. I haven't been for a couple of years and decided to take some friends there for lunch. We booked a table the day before, as one of our party has limited mobility. When we arrived, they knew nothing of our booking and ended up pushing two tables together by the door, so we were sat in the draft. The standard of food has gone downhill immensely, and the available choices are limited. Nothing compared to what it was. We were a party of five and all our food came at different times, so we weren't eating together. The food took so long that our drinks were cold by the time it arrived. Lastly, I was SHOCKED at the prices! It cost nearly £80 for lunch for five people - and all we had were sandwiches and a couple of jacket spuds... This is all such a shame as it used to be excellent!

Fantastic coffee and pastries set us up for our walk along the coastal path. Didn’t have time to return for ice cream sadly.

The food was delicious. Fresh and cooked perfectly. The lady serving us wonderful, helpful. A lovely little cafe, worth trying their tasty Greek food and breakfasts. Coffee good and fruit juice freshly made. What a wonderful way to start the day :-)

Very tasty breakfast in this welcoming little cafe on a small courtyard off the beaten track in a street of art galleries and boutiques. Coffee was good also - a long black which wasn't too large. Hoping to go back one day for coffee and cake. They also offer afternoon tea.

My mother got me a 40th birthday cake made for a surprise for my 40th I can honestly say it was the best looking and nicest cake I have ever had it was stunning thankyou so much.

He tenido un montón de desayunos fuera, pero ninguno en comparación con el Delisino. El hecho de que me he tomado el tiempo de mi ajetreado día para escribir una crítica, que nunca hago, indica la calidad de no solo la comida, sino el servicio era insuperable. Desafortunadamente vivo a 3 horas de distancia. Sin embargo, si viviera un poco más local, divulgaría comida allí a diario. Gracias por el mejor desayuno que he tenido en tanto tiempo Steve y Tracy

Vine a este restaurante con mis dos hijas el 19 de diciembre para celebrar el cumpleaños 27 de mi hija menor. Tomé la tortilla con salmón ahumado, champiñones, pimientos servidos con papas fritas y ensalada, delicioso.

Excellent homemade ice-cream, you know its a great place as there is always a queue. The owner was very pleasant and his apprentice (son) was very funny. I’m sure this shop will do well as the service and quality was great.

Mi novia y yo visitamos hoy el día de su inauguración en el Dore Moor Garden Centre. Nos dieron una bienvenida amable y disfrutamos de un delicioso pastel y una buena olla de té descafeinado. Les deseo lo mejor en su nueva ubicación y esperamos volver pronto.
