Lovely pizza and a gin & tonic while I waited.

We are a group three couples who stumbled across this lovely cafe whilst walking the Hartwith Round. The coffee and all the cakes were absolutely delicious served by a very welcoming and friendly face. It is in an idyllic location and I would do the walk again just to enjoy this little cafe. A little gem of a place which puts some warmth into your heart.

Popped in early eve when I was after something quick and got the veggie baguette. Very pleased, tasty, filling and decent value with friendly service!

Came with my daughter and her school friend, lovely cake, amazing huge milkshakes and I had the salmon bagel. Really good quality food, friendly staff and spacious

Amazing oreo chocolate mini cakes, lovely light icing and amazing rich chocolate cake! Hard to keep little hands away from them 🙄. The shop looked lovely, looking forward to browsing the gift section soon.

Our favourite breakfast spot! Hessle’s hidden gem! We have visited many times with our kids and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming, the food is amazing, the breakfast is my personal favourite and I always have to get an extra portion of the homemade chips! Thanks for amazing being so great!

Brilliant breakfast! Great mushrooms, perfect eggs and great staff. Definitely will go again. Great for a stop following the trails passing by.

Tuvimos un pastel de bistec casero increíble con verduras frescas y crema de puré ... todo recién hecho, las porciones eran grandes y llenas, el bistec se derrite en su boca cocinado perfectamente como me gusta. El personal era muy amable y atento y nos hizo sentir tan bienvenidos... Nuestra primera vez aquí y seremos habituales ahora

We love having breakfast here. The choice is great and we are never disappointed. The food is piping hot and cooked and served by friendly staff. We have also had lunch here and although I would love to keep this place a secret it really is just too good not to spread the word.

Had afternoon tea on the 12 November with a friend & it was lovely will definitely be ordering another one The lady was very helpful from taking my order to delivery

Just had my asparagus quiche. My days that is the best I’ve ever eaten. The pastry is amazing. Happy holidays!

Called in for two Bacon sandwiches as we were in town visiting from the south coast.... in these Covid times the cafe is well set out..... great interaction with staff and top value food....... highly recommended
