I personally haven’t been in milk & honey cafè since I was a kid… it was lovely to see the cafè still open and to be able to call in for a delicious bacon butty and a hot drink The staff there was friendly, welcoming and all had outstanding customer service skills

Ate here last night for the first time in years and was not disappointed food wise! Myself, husband, 1 year old and 5 years old. I had a pizza, husbands had lasagne & a creamy tomato mushroom pasta (made into a child’s portion) for my girls and all was enjoyed very much. Cooked to perfection. The puddings we also amazing! The only thing we didn’t realise was it’s not suited for little ones as there are no high chairs. We made it work luckily as we had the pram in the car and could fit it at the table we were at but for future we would have to dine without the 1 year old which I defiantly want to return for the food just a shame we can’t as a family. Apart from that it was a 10/10 for us and we thought the price was very reasonable.

Generally a great pub, but last time I was there was disappointed by lack of choice in bottles/ cans EDIT: I would have been happy to bump up the review to 4 stars since the owner explained the problem in supply. However, the sarcasm from the owner regarding the 3 stars (which in my opinion isn't a bad rating) makes me unwilling.

Cosy bar with a wide selection of drinks including some really nice wines. Very friendly staff and we had great time.
