The best restaurants in Dalton Kirklees Yorkshire and The Humber

Travelled up north from london for an event and stumbled upon this lovely cafe for Sunday breakfast. It was delicious. A basic breakfast and our plates were full. Very reasonably priced too.

Happened to be walking past and caught site of Langos store on Huddersfield Market, having developed a taste for them whilst in Budapest. Went for a large garlic Langos (for breakfast..), which was freshly made and very authentic. Owners very pleasant and good price at less than a fiver including a drink. Shall be back !

Top quality food cooked to order. My first time eating here after family recommended. We will definitely be here regularly as the quality of the food and service was exceptional and very good prices.

I had the full english. Friendly service, regular procession of local customers all of whom have a chat and a laugh with the staff. Good and filling food

Delivery good. Food nice, just 1 big issue, I got 4 fish and chips and ask for 1 salt & vinegar 1 salt 1 vinegar 1 plain but you didn't mark which was which.

First time and won't be the last. Well prepared, very tasty and hot. Telephoned order and 25 minute collection time. Great staff and paid by card. Recommended

Very nice haddock but very disappointed with the chicken wings. Uncooked in the middle. Very off putting. Hopefully daughter will not get food poisoning...

There were 8 of us who were there to celebrate a milestone wedding anniversary. The food was excellent, especially the lamb chops! The service was attentive and smiley.

Amazing food! Definitely worth a visit. We was looking for a nice Italian restaurant in the Huddersfield area and was able to find this one online. I was pleasantly surprised when finding this hidden gem. 10/10 would and will be visiting again. My only recommendation would be adding another vegetarian option to the menu but either way I was very happy with my food.

A group of 11 of us went for the early bird. Garcia welcomed us and made us feel super at ease. Food was exceptional. Service was fun and attentive. Portions are huge. Very satisfied and keen to return soon. Thankyou Garcia and all the talented people at Gringos

The restaurant has now permanently closed as of 30/10/2023 apparently due to foreclosure on the property . We found this out once we arrived at the restaurant yesterday evening 12/11/2023. Ignore the fact you can still book online as we were also victim to this. Such a terrible shame as this was a fantastic restaurant.
