Ordered tonight 30.12 2024 at 20.15 still waiting at 21.20, apparently the app has crashed and there said it was a pick up, when i have proof of a delivey. Food was delivered in the end cold, waiting again for another delivery with hot food. Never again, we was told on recommendation by a family member, who rates the place.

Visited recently with family, there was 8 of us so reasonable size group. We were notified when being seated there could be up to half an hour wait on food, no problem. Starts came out pretty quick and party all enjoyed the food. We then waited approximately 50 minutes for the mains, this isn't too bad but for the whole time the dishes from our starters remained on the table and were still there when the mains arrived. We had to clear the plates ourselves to make room for the mains, which for the most part were lukewarm and dry. A few of the party ordered desserts, again when these arrived the starter and main dishes were still on our table. Food was what you would expect for the prices although would of been better if it had not sat for so long. Could of gone lower then 4 stars but like to give benefit of the doubt that this wasn't the usual.

I think they should pay you. Been in today. Not very warm. Ordered tea for 2, pots arrived, one had lipstick on it. Order fried eggs on toast and a tea cake. The tea was a grey colour and tasteless. A good teabag is what 2p ? They charge £1.75 for this nats pXXX. Left the tea, we could not drink it. Tea cake ok but very small. Fried eggs on toast, cheap bread and god knows what the eggs where fried in. It left a horrible aftertaste in my mouth. I don’t think we will be coming in here again.

Walked into this Greggs and a family were picking sandwiches and deciding what they wanted. I walked straight to the front of the till as they were still deciding what they were going to pick and I knew what I wanted. The Greggs female employee then looked at me then looked at the family and said “what can I get you?” To which they responded “oh we don’t know serve him first” pointing at me. The Greggs employee then said to me “what do you want?”. Clearly the Greggs employee didn’t like the look of me because her customer service and attitude was horrendous! My sausage rolls were then hastily shoved in a bag which ripped and slammed on the counter! Wow what an awful employee and really needs lessons in customer service. If I was a Greggs manager I’d be getting rid of this employee as a matter of urgency as it’s bringing the Greggs name and brand down. I won’t be returning to this particular Greggs anymore but unfortunately!
