The best restaurants in Kingstone Barnsley Yorkshire and The Humber

Great premier Inn ,10 minutes walk into town centre. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Rooms were immaculate and the bed was just the comfiest ever!! Food was delicious and not overpriced although we did opt for the meal deal.

I got braising steak , chips and coleslaw. I can honestly say it is the worse takeaway I have ever had. It was shocking and cannot believe they would think that it was acceptable to sell

Wow...... 1st thing you see is the worst looking fish tank in the world on the counter... Poor things.... And next to that was a sporty ginger bird who obviously hates her job... Mind you I don't blame her working here..... Cash only as the tax man won't know....... Didn't order food as it looks shocking.... And her attitude matched it...... Avoid..... Really I mean it.... Slamming the door on customers is a joke........ Just like your service standards.......

Really disappointed ☹️ 1st time ordering & although it arrived quick the pizza was poor quality which if ya can’t get a margarita right there’s a problem. Sloppy/slimey cheese hardly any sauce & base not cooked. Donner Kebab was ok although garlic mayo had no taste. Don’t think I’d order again..

They play music for the entire neighborhood to endure. Run by vicious scumbags who have no respect for the neighborhood or the elderly. Evil pub and frequented by people who couldn't care less about the lives they ruin...not their fault it is the morally bankrupt owner who is responsible.

Been using this place for the last few years for our weekly friday night take away.

Pizza honestly tasted like a pancake and the pepperoni was mystery meat lol, chips were standard nothing to write home about and the sauce pot is the smallest I’ve seen

Worst Chinese ever. 18 quid for below average munch box. The chicken (dog meat) was like eating a rubber. The place needs burning down. The sauce was too small, the rice was worse than uncle bens and the wings were as black as the ace of spades. Ribs were just bone and the spring rolls were soft and just an unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t even feed this to the dog, not because it’s cannibalism but because it tastes that bad.

My new takeaway. That was absolutely beautiful. Special calzone, myself 7" Mexicano / chips & garlic mayo. 5 star , honestly I can't fault . Every week for me 👍

Was passing through Barnsley for a work meeting, a colleague recommended Raja’s for dinner - best decision I could have made hands down. I’m veggie so I asked for something nutritional and filling. The gentleman names Cassie made me a Dahl with mushroom rice - to this day I am craving that meal 😮 just like Arnold said…. I’ll be back 😍

Just received our meals which were ordered without peas as we are allergic both meals had peas included rang to say the order was wrong and the reply was well can't you just eat it just deposited both meals into the bin as eating something contaminated isn't worth the risk no offer to replace our meals so won't be ordering again and will definitely tell friends and family to avoid this service as we feel they didn't care that we could have had a reaction and ended up in hospital
